Raymond and Ali of CT’s Best Carpet Cleaning out of Bristol were great! We had a small emergency and they went above and beyond to come in on their day off to clean our tv room carpet. We have 6 dogs who love to lick 👅 our microfiber couch. One pet who is small and aged had two accidents on the couch recently and my home cleaner just wasn’t enough. They were fantastic and so easy to work with. They cleaned our 2 year old couch which our dogs live on and 2 stained chairs. Very happy with their service.
Replied right away with a quote. Good pricing. Showed up on time. The two men that cleaned my carpets were friendly and efficient. They followed up after the service to check-in which was a nice touch. I will use this company again.
They were affordable and friendly. They even threw in extra services! Will definitely be using them again!!
Raymond and Aly were amazing!!!! I would highly recommend them to be your family carpet/floor cleaning company. They followed all COVID-19 standards. Both were very friendly and care about the work they do. We will definitely be using them again!! Raymond also called the next day to follow up! Exceptional service for the price!!!
The owner Raymond was wonderful to communicate with. He explained everything wonderfully and was flexible enough to work around my schedule. Great quality and great price!
Had the pleasure this morning of having CT Best Carpet Cleaning service come in and clean our carpets and 2 couches! So extremely pleased with the quality of work, kindness and caring attitude we received from Raymond and Ally. So impressed and will definitely use their services again!
Highly recommend! My couches, Chairs and Carpet haven’t been this clean since they were new! They were on time, communicative, careful not to damage my wood floors (even brought in their own rug so they wouldn’t scratch or dirty them), and their attention to detail is awesome! I could have hired a corporate company-…

Ray, I am so happy with how clean my carpets are now. I really wish I was able to post a before / after photo because people need to see the transformation.
