Kevin did an exceptional job
Kevin was fantastic. He was here on time, very thorough, and did a great job with explanations of every step of the process. This is the third time we have used Cullman Heating and Air, and they are always professional and great to deal with.
Called in the morning time, they were out by lunch time. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Bo was very polite , and fixed our unit that day. He went above and beyond to help my family getting air back up and running. Would definitely recommend. . . And will be using them again. Thank you.

AC went out on a warm late Saturday night. The technician got to my house in 45 minutes. The heat pump needed a new capacitor. The technician explained what was wrong and showed me how he tested for the problem. He was in and out in a half hour. No extra service charges either for a late Saturday night. I highly recommend this company.
