I’ve been dealing with a German roach issue in my apartment, which has been extremely stressful and honestly pretty scary for me, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company and especially Lonnie, the manager. Lonnie was so kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. He really took his time going through my apartment and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing at all. He moved the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven to treat behind and underneath them, checked all of my cabinets, set up bait, sprayed throughout the apartment, and even vacuumed up any live or dead roaches he came across while treating. He also removed outlet covers and treated behind the outlets since apartments are connected and pests can travel between units. He made sure to actually look in the areas where German roaches could be hiding and addressed every concern I had. What really stood out to me was how understanding he was about how uncomfortable and scared I’ve been throughout this whole situation. He even took the time to come out on a Saturday because he knew how worried I was, which I genuinely appreciated so much. The entire experience I’ve had with this company has been extremely pleasant and professional, and Lonnie truly went above and beyond. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail made me feel so much more comfortable in my apartment and gave me peace of mind that the issue was actually being taken seriously and treated thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend this company, especially to anyone dealing with German roaches or a similar pest issue. Thank you so much, Lonnie, for taking the time to help me and for making such a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable!

We have been using this company for the past 13 years from the initial termite bond, annnual inspections and updated termite bond and every interaction has been good. Jennifer is a new technician for us this year and she gave excellent service both times. The office sends out reminders and as a techician she was very professional, timely and thorough and thankfully he have no termites! We have compared rates for both annual maintenance and termite bond and found this company to be very competitive and as mentioned their service is great so would highly recommend.
