Custom Tree Surgeons

Custom Tree Surgeons delivered an exceptional combination of skill, care, service, and value. Our family has hired tree services for our heavily wooded lakefront property in Jacksonville for more than 60 years, going back to Hurricane Dora in 1964. We have worked with many excellent professionals, but none have… Read full review

I’m so thankful I chose custom tree surgeons to remove my tree. Danny H and the whole crew were very friendly and professional. Thanks for the clean work. Definitely recommend! -Jack

I had a fantastic experience with Custom Tree Surgeons. The whole crew was friendly and professional. They removed a large fallen laurel oak and two tall pecan trees from my property with no problem at all. Would definitely recommend using them!

Excellent service. We had one tree removed, a couple of stumps ground and the rest of our trees trimmed. All done in half a day. Will definitely us them again

We had multiple big trees chopped down/trimmed, the team was really hardworking, knowledgeable and made sure to clear up all the debris. Would definitely reccommend.

I googled three other tree companies for an estimate and none of them responded. Rick from Tree Surgeons got right back to me and drove out and provided a quick written estimate less than the amount I was expecting to pay. Great company to work with and great communication. Thank you!

This will be the third or fourth visit by the company to my property-each time they work like skilled surgeons- all of the guys are fabulous and they work like animals clearing debris and making sure everything is up to the clients expectations. This time they needed to bring Southern Crane in to help with the… Read full review

I had a large leaning tree in the back of my house after a storm and called five different companies for a quote to help me bringing it down. Custom Tree Surgeons gave me the best price and gave me the confidence of dealing with people who know what they are doing from the first visit. Other companies could not… Read full review

Custom Tree surgeons removed two trees, one large and one small. The small tree was intertwined with electrical cabling, the large tree was near the house. Supervisor Steve Belger and the crew of 3 were great. Mr. Belger came out the day we called and gave us a quote. He answered all calls on the same day and… Read full review

Very professional, talented, and efficient crew. They are very busy and forced to prioritize tree emergencies (such as a tree fell on a house, etc,), but your patience will be rewarded with an awesome tree surgeon experience at a very reasonable price!

Removed 2 trees in front of home. Removed stumps and all of the debris. The absolute best tree company in the south east area. I would recommend CustomTree Surgeons over any other company for you tree work. Very professional work.

Custom Tree Surgeons is an upstanding organization. They came on time every day and left my property completely cleaned up each of the days of this job. They removed 16 trees and trimmed three others and the work was amazingly done! The men were courteous, kind, and respectful of my property, myself and my… Read full review

The absolute worst communication I've ever experienced with a company. Multiple calls made with no return call, didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up the day I had an appointment. I will never use them again and I have 3 more trees that need to be removed, and I would never consider recommending them to anyone.

Custom Tree Surgeons removed a 50 foot sweetgum tree in front of my home as well as all of our foundation' plantings in preparation for new landscaping. I am thrilled with the work they did. I don't usually write reviews but these guys were great. I've used other companies where they stump grind under the tree… Read full review

Custom Tree Surgeons did an amazing job on tree trimming and dead tree removal at my place of business. The crew was on time, very professional, cleaned up every bit of debris and definitely left the site better than they found it. I would highly recommend Scott and his team and I will use them for all future tree service at our office.

I hated to have my old cedar tree taken down, but it was dropping limbs and becoming a hazard. The crew from Custom Tree Surgeons were on-time, friendly, professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. They demonstrated that they are true professionals with the right equipment, training and experience to provide… Read full review

The staff were knowledgeable, timely, and professional. They called back promptly, quickly provided an estimate, and showed up when they said they would to perform the work. They were careful and considerate with the yard and my neighbor's yard and cleaned up the site after the work was complete. I would use them again without hesitation.

These guys just finished taking down two trees in my yard and cleaned out another and did a great job. On time, worked hard the whole time they were there, and did a great job taking care to get the tree down safely. Also did a really good job removing the stump and cleaning up some pretty large roots to make… Read full review

They have a fast response time. The crew answered all of my questions. They asked me questions to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted. They showed and explained exactly what work would be done. It was great work and a professional crew. They even had a truck come by after the work was done to pick up the… Read full review

Top notch company! ! They were very professional and reasonably priced. Due to the location of the tree a few fence panels had to come down. I came home. The panels were put back up and the yard was free of any debris. They even locked both gates begins them! Thank you guys for your hard work!
