Custom Tree Surgeons

Outstanding work, we had 5 palms trimmed (tall trees that needed quite a bit trimmed) and diamond cut from top to bottom. First, a great Happy Team showed up to do the work. They trimmed, and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. The trees look fabulous and we could not be more happy with the entire process to include a fair price!!

Custom Tree did a great job on our trees. Daniel was easy to work with, gave us a fair price up front, and his crew did exactly what we agreed on. They raised the canopy over the road, pruned everything cleanly, and hauled all the debris away so the yard looked better than before they came. They were professional,… Read full review

Custom Tree Surgeons delivered an exceptional combination of skill, care, service, and value. Our family has hired tree services for our heavily wooded lakefront property in Jacksonville for more than 60 years, going back to Hurricane Dora in 1964. We have worked with many excellent professionals, but none have… Read full review

Had a downed branch that was straddling the fence. Danny took care of business taking care not to damage the fence. All debris was cleaned up and stacked for take away.

I had a fantastic experience with Custom Tree Surgeons. The whole crew was friendly and professional. They removed a large fallen laurel oak and two tall pecan trees from my property with no problem at all. Would definitely recommend using them!

Excellent service. We had one tree removed, a couple of stumps ground and the rest of our trees trimmed. All done in half a day. Will definitely us them again

Just had the crew trim down a stump and trim some heavy limbs over my house. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were extremely professional and quick. I could not recommend them enough. I will be doing business again with them in the future.

We had multiple big trees chopped down/trimmed, the team was really hardworking, knowledgeable and made sure to clear up all the debris. Would definitely reccommend.

This will be the third or fourth visit by the company to my property-each time they work like skilled surgeons- all of the guys are fabulous and they work like animals clearing debris and making sure everything is up to the clients expectations. This time they needed to bring Southern Crane in to help with the… Read full review

They raised my sycamore tree and it looks great.

We have used this company at least 3 times; they are consistently good! They were prompt, professional and courteous.. the man talked to us about what we expected and they did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The folks who came to take the cut limbs away did a great job too, leaving our yard neat and clean. Great work, thank you all!

Outstanding job trimming trees on my property. Was kept up to date on when they would be there and how long a job. Crew was very professional...explaining what they were doing and when. Highly recommend them...very satisfied with work. Very safety conscious as well and respectful of property

These guys did a great job taking some branches down. they were careful of our property, respectful and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. the only thing negative about the company was trying to get them to schedule a day and time. we tried so many times, calling, leaving voice mails etc that went… Read full review

Custom Tree Surgeons are the best! I received an estimate this morning at 9:00 am and they were at my house at 1:30 the same day. Cleaned up everything, nice guys and got the job done. Now this is how service should be. Thanks guys!!!

I've used Custom Tree a number of times over the years. They always do a great job and send out great people. I called them for a checkup since hurricane season is upon us. Steve did the analysis/estimate. We came to the conclusion that a number of trees needed to be trimmed as opposed to any being taken down. He… Read full review

Had work done on 6/1. Great people, great quality of work. Recommend to others needing tree service done at home. Thanks again!

Great work, they pay attention to all the details, excellant cleanup. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again!!!

Custom Tree Surgeons is an upstanding organization. They came on time every day and left my property completely cleaned up each of the days of this job. They removed 16 trees and trimmed three others and the work was amazingly done! The men were courteous, kind, and respectful of my property, myself and my… Read full review

The absolute worst communication I've ever experienced with a company. Multiple calls made with no return call, didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up the day I had an appointment. I will never use them again and I have 3 more trees that need to be removed, and I would never consider recommending them to anyone.

I asked for 3 to 4 feet off to top of my lagustrums, leaving some of the canopy. The trees were about 17 ft tall. They removed all the canopy and left me stumps. None of the remaining stumps of the 3 different trees are even the same height. I guess I should've thought more about using them after I watched them hit… Read full review
