Great place to have your rugs cleaned. I also noticed the last time I was in the shop (Oct 2026) that they also clean outdoor seat cushions. I received my cleaned rug earlier than expected. Thanks!
My service was very simple. Dropped off my rug to a very friendly and helpful associate and then 2 weeks later I picked it up. Clean and ready to go. No problems. Very happy.
Excellent work. They took care of everything. Only downside was the price.
Easy to work with. Rugs have always been cleaned with care.
We had 4 area rugs cleaned and bought pads for each one. The staff were great to work with staying flexible on our timeline and the rugs look and smell so good now!
Long-time D.A. Burns customer. With three dogs, we have reason to keep comin' back. The cleaning results are always as expected, and the communication and customer service are exceptional. Highly recommend.
They were on time and very professional. After seeing how great our carpets looked I had him clean upholstery on bar stools and a chair also cleaned an area rug. I’m definitely having them back again.
Great costumer service and great work!
I have a daylight basement with low use. One day I was down there and noticed a very strong odor on the area rug. I don't know how long this had been going on but my pup decided she could use it to relieve herself at night. The rug is large and thick piled and I would not have been able to clean it myself with a…
I haven't unwrapped the rug after cleaning yet, but the guys were prompt and very nice. My schedule was accommodated and I am confident the rug will look great in its new space .
I have been using DA Burns for several years and I have always been very happy with their service. I think they do a good job (and I'm rather picky about cleaning).
Prompt, caring service at a reasonable price.
DA Burns did an excellent job cleaning my grandparents' large Oriental area rug. We hadn't had it cleaned in many years and now it looks bright, feels soft, and smells great! The guys who came to pick it up and deliver it after cleaning were very professional, friendly, thoughtful and helpful in moving a couple…
Always a great experience with DA Burns. Excellent customer service and great job caring for and cleaning our rugs
I took my three rug area carpets for cleaning to D.A. Burnt in Bellevue and the experience since when I left the carpets there was great. Great service, excellent attention and after the service was done they called me to explain very detailed what they did to the carpets.
Explained everything well. Was done right on time.
Thoughtful and attentive customer service. A real person explained all the options and the time line!
We hand 2 large carpets picked up for cleaning and then delivered a little over a week later. Super courteous, gave a timely pick up window (and adhered to it) and fast turnaround. Carpets look beautiful and clean!
Recently had my hardwood floors refinished and decided to have my Turkish area rug cleaned at the same time. DA Burns picked up the rug the morning work began on the floors, and delivered it a few days after the floors were finished. The rug looked great, as beautiful and vibrant as it did when I purchased it ten…
My rug repairs on my antique oriental rugs were perfect! The wait time was about four weeks, but it was well worth waiting for.
The service was excellent. The carpet looked like new after it was cleaned. The service manager who checked me out was very pleasant and helped carry out my rug to my car. It was really heavy. :)
Two area rugs picked up for cleaning. Excellent result. Very efficient and professional service. Have used this company on several occasions.
My rugs were handled with great care. the team did all they contracted to do!
Quick and affordable!
Unfortunately the stains were not removeable, but the odor was and your customer service was excellent.
clean
My Oriental area rug was cleaned and then rolled up and packed for moving and storage, so I didn't have an opportunity to examine the results.
We moved here across country and in the process our area rug had a mildew smell. They have a process for this and it worked beautifully. I am very pleased.
My experience was excellent. The original job did not include an area rug but a few days before their service my dock got sick on an area rug just a week since having it cleaned at DA Burns shop. The technician cleaned the rug and did spot treatment where needed. He saved my rug!! Very appreciated!
Professional service is done with a smile. Great results. Would go here again.
