We have used D.A Burns for many years in the past on our carpets, when we had pets, but never for furniture. We had leather chairs that were 8 years old that Ken made look brand new. He under promised, and over delivered on the results to expect. Very happy

Had a few overlooked areas. We have scheduled a technician to be back for touch ups next week.
Great place to have your rugs cleaned. I also noticed the last time I was in the shop (Oct 2026) that they also clean outdoor seat cushions. I received my cleaned rug earlier than expected. Thanks!

D.A. Burns is THE place to bring your area rugs for cleaning and repair. They listen to your needs and give you a quote on the spot. We were able to bring our rugs in (for a 20% discount) or they will pick up and deliver. Our rugs now look new again! And they also repaired a damaged rug by cutting and re-sewing a new border edging. They are courteous and they met their timeline. This is our second visit to their shop and we will always use their service! We highly recommend them!

I have been taking my carpet and covers for my boat to DA Burns for 6 years. You guys do a great job at a high, but fair price. The person at the Bellevue Store (I am sorry I forgot his name) is super friendly and knowledgeable. I did have a minor issue last year, but everyone dealt with it quickly and respectably.
I am proud to be a customer.
