As always a great experience using D.A.Burns they do a great job and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Our technician was Larry and he was fantastic, 5 stars, and I will ask for him specifically next time our carpet and upholstery need cleaning. He’s truly accredited to D.A. Burns organization.

I had a call from the person in charge of looking over my rug and I was given options about what repair level I wanted to do.

Kenneth from D.A.Burns was professional, efficient and knowledgeable when I asked him many carpet-related questions. The very reputable flooring company that installed our carpets only recommends 2 carpet cleaning services, and D.A.Burns was one of those two. The pricing is on the high side, but they are consistently good at what they do.

Ken was the tech that came as in prior years. Great guy and hard worker. This time around was more than just cleaning the carpets. The parking lot was just resurfaced and a friend tracked tar into the house. DA Burns took care of that thankfully. Well done! 👍

You’re honest about the dirt on the chairs that would be hard to clean. The carpet is thoroughly cleaned. Expect to pay around $200-300. A little over my expectations. But the job is well done.

I am very happy with the technician that came to clean our carpets. Very professional, on time, was able to fit in some extra high traffic walkways and even worked around our outside hose bib that wasn’t turned on from winter!

Your technician Blake did a great job steam cleaning all the traffic areas of the house. It wasn’t until later, after he left, that I realized he didn’t clean the kitchen chair seat pads. I thought I requested that but perhaps I didn’t. Can you come back another time and clean my 8 chair seats? Thanks so much.

We had two area rugs that were absolutely filthy. Unfortunately, one had a spot of dog vomit that we tried and tried to get out. When we pick them up, they were like brand new. Bright and clean and spotless! I would highly recommend DA Burns. And they also have great carpet pads as well.

Everything was great as usual but the one stain we hired them for looks the same.

Service was great. There was a misunderstanding on the estimate vs what we were charged and management stepped up and did the right thing. Solid company, excellent service, managed with integrity. We have been using them for many years.

I’ve been a customer for four decades plus. I don’t go anywhere else for rug and upholstery cleaning.

Had our carpets cleaned and tile and stone floors cleaned and resealed and as always they are the best I ave found and have used the over 20 years. I was initially concerned as the company changed hands about a year ago, but has done the takeover very well. All and all a great cleaning job and fair prices for it, not the lowest cost but best results.
