Ken J did a very thorough cleaning. He used the cleaning system based in his truck even though that meant dragging hoses etc up a flight of stairs and along a walkway into the condo unit. I have used DA Burns in the past several times and will again. Very satisfied.

The team that picked up and delivered the clean carpet were very professional. The carpets look great. Everything was easy from scheduling pickup and delivery.

Carpet tech was on time and professional.

I always trust D.A. Burns with my rugs and carpets. We don't have much carpeting in our house, thankfully, but every other year I have what is present cleaned, along with the upholstery of our chairs. The chairs in particular are always noticeably cleaner. The arms of the rocking chair in our bedroom were quite grimy; now the chair looks brand new!

On time excellent service. Ken, the technician thoroughly explained the process and was very efficient and careful moving his hoses around. Highly recommend DA Burns!

Service was great. There was a misunderstanding on the estimate vs what we were charged and management stepped up and did the right thing. Solid company, excellent service, managed with integrity. We have been using them for many years.

I hadn't had my rug cleaned in years and finally took it to D. A. Burns to be cleaned. It came back clean, and the best part for me and my fragrance and chemical sensitive family is that it was cleaned with non-toxic, fragrance free cleaners. It was clean and scent free when we picked it up!

My experience was excellent. The original job did not include an area rug but a few days before their service my dock got sick on an area rug just a week since having it cleaned at DA Burns shop. The technician cleaned the rug and did spot treatment where needed. He saved my rug!! Very appreciated!

They provided a quote and charged the same amount even with some small additions. They were quick and efficient and did a good job.
