I’ve been a customer for four decades plus. I don’t go anywhere else for rug and upholstery cleaning.
Unfortunately the stains were not removeable, but the odor was and your customer service was excellent.
We moved here across country and in the process our area rug had a mildew smell. They have a process for this and it worked beautifully. I am very pleased.
My experience was excellent. The original job did not include an area rug but a few days before their service my dock got sick on an area rug just a week since having it cleaned at DA Burns shop. The technician cleaned the rug and did spot treatment where needed. He saved my rug!! Very appreciated!
