As always a great experience using D.A.Burns they do a great job and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Our technician was Larry and he was fantastic, 5 stars, and I will ask for him specifically next time our carpet and upholstery need cleaning. He’s truly accredited to D.A. Burns organization.

We have used D.A Burns for many years in the past on our carpets, when we had pets, but never for furniture. We had leather chairs that were 8 years old that Ken made look brand new. He under promised, and over delivered on the results to expect. Very happy

We don't have much carpeting in our house, thankfully, but every other year I have what is present cleaned, along with the upholstery of our chairs. The chairs in particular are always noticeably cleaner. The arms of the rocking chair in our bedroom were quite grimy; now the chair looks brand new!

Your technician Blake did a great job steam cleaning all the traffic areas of the house. It wasn’t until later, after he left, that I realized he didn’t clean the kitchen chair seat pads. I thought I requested that but perhaps I didn’t. Can you come back another time and clean my 8 chair seats? Thanks so much.

Great attention to detail!

My experience was excellent. The original job did not include an area rug but a few days before their service my dock got sick on an area rug just a week since having it cleaned at DA Burns shop. The technician cleaned the rug and did spot treatment where needed. He saved my rug!! Very appreciated!
