D. A. Burns

As always a great experience using D.A.Burns they do a great job and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Our technician was Larry and he was fantastic, 5 stars, and I will ask for him specifically next time our carpet and upholstery need cleaning. He’s truly accredited to D.A. Burns organization.

We have used D.A Burns for many years in the past on our carpets, when we had pets, but never for furniture. We had leather chairs that were 8 years old that Ken made look brand new. He under promised, and over delivered on the results to expect. Very happy

Had a few overlooked areas. We have scheduled a technician to be back for touch ups next week.

I use DA Burns in Bellevue for all my upholstery cleaning. They do a great job!

He did a great job! He was personable and easy to have in our home.

Carpets look great, service was professional, quick, and friendly

They were on time and very professional. After seeing how great our carpets looked I had him clean upholstery on bar stools and a chair also cleaned an area rug. I’m definitely having them back again.

I have been using DA Burns for several years and I have always been very happy with their service. I think they do a good job (and I'm rather picky about cleaning).

I always trust D.A. Burns with my rugs and carpets. We don't have much carpeting in our house, thankfully, but every other year I have what is present cleaned, along with the upholstery of our chairs. The chairs in particular are always noticeably cleaner. The arms of the rocking chair in our bedroom were quite grimy; now the chair looks brand new!

We have used your services for many years and you never disappoint us. In fact we are so very happy that you are here to take care of articles getting stained and make them look like new! Thank you for being an exemplary business.

Your technician Blake did a great job steam cleaning all the traffic areas of the house. It wasn’t until later, after he left, that I realized he didn’t clean the kitchen chair seat pads. I thought I requested that but perhaps I didn’t. Can you come back another time and clean my 8 chair seats? Thanks so much.

We’re super happy with our experience at DA Burns. They do a great job of cleaning our rug and communicating. Their customer service is fantastic.

We have called on DA Burns several times to clean our carpet. And also a love seat. Stains were removed from the carpet that we thought would be there forever. Brian did a terrific job. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with D.A. Burns Company! Communication was effortless, and their service was both fast and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a customer for four decades plus. I don’t go anywhere else for rug and upholstery cleaning.

Great attention to detail!

My experience was excellent. The original job did not include an area rug but a few days before their service my dock got sick on an area rug just a week since having it cleaned at DA Burns shop. The technician cleaned the rug and did spot treatment where needed. He saved my rug!! Very appreciated!

Professional service is done with a smile. Great results. Would go here again.

Cleaned and stored cushions for our patio glider.

They provided a quote and charged the same amount even with some small additions. They were quick and efficient and did a good job.
