Really appreciate the D'Aaron's team's deep cleaning services! Our house was cleaned top to bottom, removing dust and pet hair from every nook and cranny. They were very thorough, efficient, and Jasmine took great care with our belongings. The house is sparkling, thank you! Update: I have been a monthly customer for several months now and continue to be very happy with the team's service. We are a multi pet home, and the amount of pet hair removed each time is amazing! The team is hard working, careful, and friendly, leaving the house bright, clean, and smelling great. Highly recommend!

I would not hire this company again. I was quoted $185 over the phone, but when the owner arrived he charged me $425 instead. I felt pressured into agreeing because he was already at my apartment with his crew. The cleaning itself was good, but the final price was more than double the quote and far higher than I expected. After they left, I discovered that my humidifier had been broken, my step-on trash can was damaged and barely works now, and shortly afterward I also began having problems with my swamp cooler. No one mentioned that anything had been damaged while they were cleaning. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency. If something gets broken in a customer’s home, it should be disclosed immediately. I can overlook an honest accident, but I can’t overlook not telling me about it. The quality of the cleaning was good, but based on my experience with the pricing and the undisclosed damage, I cannot recommend this company.

Excuse me , but you are correct about the quality of the cleaning you received ,it was amazing 👏 and the cost being 185per service hour with your pet environment . I quoted you 1 hour on the phone but once I saw your home an received your pet requests , I need two hours at least to clean this home. Two hours cost $375 the rest of the cost was taxes an fee's so you clearly mislead your self in that statement. Contact your local Government for updates regarding your $425 investment. Then, You even requested an agreed to be a monthly customer because the cleaning was amazing an took more than two hours and was exclusively Taylored to your pet Cat.?? My crew did not damage any items while cleaning your home. Why you have lied an added this to your story is beyond my experience.?? I definitely would of brought to your attention any damage and you could of considered contacting me immediately if there was damage so we can connect to insurance claims but you waited an provided dishonest feedback. What should I do with your monthly appointment that you agreed after meeting in person after the cleaning an how pleased you were an joining the monthly pet services. I guess I will consider this your cancelation notice. I thought very different regarding your cleaning and feedback??? I will cancel your monthly service!

Went ballistic, cursed me, threatened to kick out the windows. His crew cleaned my property and did a good job. I went to check it out. There were a few loose ends. He said he'd get them in the morning. I was ready to pay when the job was complete. He sent payment requests. I was at an event when he lost it via text. Then I called to reassure him I never fail to pay and planned to do so at job completion. He was insane, cursing and yelling so much I wasn't able to get a word in. There was no discussion of upfront payment or anything. Anyway, he finished. I paid him, but he was extremely unprofessional. In response to his comments below: Here's details that I hope will save others. I had a rental that needed a good cleaning after the last tenant. I was willing to pay a little more for a professional job. He quoted me $1,300. He sent me a zelle request on the first day. He offered to use a machine on the grout for an upcharge if I wanted. I went to check it out and looked pretty good so I decided to pass on the machine. He let me know they would be arriving the next day early to finish the work. He mentioned payment again on the second day. I went over that evening so I could check it out and get him paid since he was pressing it. I thought maybe the guy was in a bind so I was happy to hurry. There were a few loose ends I noticed. I took pictures and sent the over. I made sure to let him know the job looked good overall. He sent me another message about payment. I told him I was going into my son's recital. I put the phone away. By the time the recital was over, he had sent me: "I have ask 3times nicely for you to complete payment. I will not ask again. You will certainly not like the outcome." He called and threatened to kick out windows later. So that's the timeline this guy is talking about: TWO DAYs of WORK AND HE WAS PAID ON THE SECOND DAY. He doesn't get that it's unusual; i.e., the payment terms, the behavior, any of it. It stinks for his crew because they did a great job. But he has no business dealing with the public. The texts and calls were the most immature thing I've ever dealt with from a grown man. It was truly like toddler-level tantrum with constant name-calling and almost no actual communication. If he wanted a deposit, that could have worked, but he kept requesting payment in full. Hopefully, he'll communicate this in the future: "I require payment up front" or before the job is complete to others. I would never do that, but at least that would present people with his expectation and they can decide to hire him or not. Despite his efforts to the contrary, if you read his response closely below, you'll see he can't even hide his nature on here. You are not dealing with a professional company.

I cleaned your horrible filthy home !!! I asked 3 time nicely for you to pay your bill in full when we were completed. Then you Ghosted my phone call an messages . You never even showed up to walk the job with me . Once completed I advised I was completed an needed to leave, if you could please make your payment. 5 hours later you said you found some lose cigarette but off in the back yard mabey around 5, Also there were some yard chairs left that had never be mentioned in the quote. I agreed to go back an pick up if you could make your home cleaning payment. I removed the items an requested payment ,again you fought with me about payment!!! i an advised you would not like the outcome . Don't play games just because your a lawyer an believe you can treat people how ever you want. Answer your contactorS with respect an pay on time is all anyone could ask.
