Customers frequently cite fast service, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff as key positives, noting quick turnarounds for tire replacements, alignments, and repairs. The shop is described as clean and professional, with many reviewers highlighting same-day availability and honest communication. A recurring criticism involves limited expertise with aftermarket suspension systems, where two low-star reviews reported incorrect alignment adjustments and ride height issues on vehicles with coilovers.

Nice place I have been to in Jersey
As a young woman, I have had very bad experiences at auto shops, however my experience at D&J Tire Sales was the complete opposite of any negative experience I’ve had. These guys were able to fit me in same day and did such a great job. They replaced two rear tires and had me in and out within 30 minutes and charged the most reasonable price out of any prior shops I have been to. These guys were kind, helpful, and HONEST!! D&J gained a new customer for life!
