Our shower was broken and Rich came out to fix it. He was very friendly—even with the dog! There then became a second issue the next day and Rich came out to fix it for us into the late hours not to leave us hanging. Thank you for making it right!
They where very quick to get back to me and come out to take a look at my issue, the next day they where back to repair a shower diverter valve that was in a fairly tricky space.
