Customers hired Dallas Glass and Mirror for 1 kind of job. Pick one to see what they paid and said.
I stayed there for half an hour expecting for them to open, which in first place I wasn’t supposed to because it says 24/7 open on theur website and even here, nobody responded the phone and neither the SMS phone number, I don’t know why implement all this if at the end of the day, they won’t answer anything
The communication was Great, not having to talk to something other than a voicemail and person returning your call was great Service The company was always on time. If there was anything running late, they would let me know which was very much appreciated.

I wanted to share my experience with Dallas Glass and Mirror, which was great! My initial contact was with Steve. I called requesting a quote for a frameless shower glass for my newly installed shower. I provided photos of the shower and approximate size. He replied back with an estimate cost and said he would need to come out and take final measurements for the exact cost. The appointment was set and Steve came and took measurements. He stayed with the amount he had quoted. He level set our expectations for the install. Told us of some things that could possibly go wrong. But thanks to God, everything went well with the install and we were left happy customers. He gave us instructions on how to take care of the glass and offered tips on taking care of the shower. The one thing that impressed me most is, Steve did the install himself. He didn’t send some inexperienced guys out to install the glass. Before contacting Dallas Glass and Mirror, I did a Google search of the best shower glass installers in Dallas and they ranked #3. My shower glass was installed a few weeks ago and I love it! Steve, thank you! T. Gant

The only glass and mirror guys I’ll go to in Dallas!! Beyond being just a really kind and trustworthy team, their mirrors and glass are high-quality and so fairly affordable. Such a gem to have found them, my parents use them to remodel their bathrooms too, both mirrors and shower doors. They know their stuff and their materials. -They are also so creative so if you’re looking for any sort of custom work, you have found the right place!! Thank you guys for being so great at what you do!!
Dallas Glass and Mirror has helped me with two shower projects and we are very happy. They communicate frequently, are punctual and maintain the worksite clean. We will definitely call them again for a new project.
