Dana's 20 Minute Container has changed my entire life, and that is not an exaggeration! I apply it to any task I need to take care of, and it is incredible how much I accomplish now. I've also been participating in her Monday Collective zoom calls, where she opens the call with a quick guided meditation, setting the tone for the time we all spend together. Everyone on the zoom mutes the meeting and we work on our individual projects as if we were sitting in the same workspace. After two hours, Dana comes back on to pull a Tarot card as guidance for next steps and closure for our time together. It's fantastic, especially for those of us who work from home. Highly recommend Dana and all of her offerings.

She is so giving of her time and care and what I love the most about her workshops is you can put in as much effort as you wish- there is no pressure. I will say though I have noticed a huge difference between when I have been too busy to participate and when I put in a little more effort but there is never any pressure which is really nice. I also came here after a brief conversation with Dana- she was helping me define what I need as far as work and income is concerned. I’m not even kidding at the end of our conversation my text alert went off that I received a deposit I wasn’t supposed to receive for another two weeks and it was for more than I expected! She is such a powerful being!! Highly recommend!!!
Dana changed my life. I am so very grateful that she is a part of my life and you will be, too! She is talented and knowledgeable. She continually brings new things to the table that she discovers/learns AND she also helps find things that may not be in her toolbox at that moment, but that she knows you need. She leads the BEST meditations and guided imagery sessions. Her ability to guide without steering allows you to learn the deepest parts of yourself - and if they are hard to handle, she is right by your side. She is compassionate and funny. She is amazing and has become a true friend and a trusted coach. I know I can trust Dana, I know I can depend on her, I know she has my best interest in mind at all times.
Dana has been my life coach (AKA my "secret best friend") for almost 2 years now! She is a constant source of stability and support through the many ebbs and flows of my life. She is my sounding board on small changes and big decisions. Dana is truly invested in my growth, well-being, and happiness. She cares DEEPLY about her clients and it definitely shows. I have attended her in-person yoga and meditation sessions (always accompanied by yummy tea!) and I have received amazing Reiki treatments from Dana. She also hosts virtual yoga at 9am on Sundays which is such a positive and invigorating start to my busy week! Dana is insightful and can immediately recognize my energy level on any given day, which shows how much she truly cares. She is the REAL DEAL life coach and is such a gem of a human. Dana has helped me delve deeper into myself, my relationships, my career, and she helps me visualize my ideal future and life. Before working with Dana, my own happiness was basically an after-thought. While working with Dana, I have become more aware of my own needs and feel much more balanced. I am always learning new tips & tricks from her! I am beyond grateful that Dana holds space for me weekly. Having her in my life makes me feel like someone always has my back. Being in her presence is magic.
If you're looking for a coach with a huge heart, keen intuition and deep wisdom, Dana is the coach for you. I can count on one hand the number of people in my life who have had the positive impact that Dana has. Dana has provided a safe space for me to grow into my highest potentials. She brings light into our conversations that creates an awareness for me so I am able to determine the next steps forward to achieve what I most desire. Most importantly, I know how much she truly cares about me. I grew up in a difficult environment, and I have trouble opening up and trusting people. I know I can share anything with her completely judgment free. She listens deeply, is very empathetic, compassionate, and, of course, provides accountability to get results. I always feel lit up and joyful after our time together. Anyone would be blessed to work with this amazing woman!
If you have the opportunity to work with Dana - take it! I've enjoyed her yoga classes, benefited from her reiki healing, learned so much from her manifestation workshops, and most recently have had the pleasure of working with her as my life coach. She shows up whole heartedly, ready to listen, support, and provide valuable insight! She's profesional, validating, knowledgeable, and I can't say enough positive things about how wonderful she is and what a blessing it is to know her.
I have worked extensively with Dana, and I must say her intuitive skills and generosity of spirit are amazing. I feel anyone could benefit from working with this wise and loving woman, and I can't wait to try one of her Yoga classes, which I am sure will leave me in a state of heavenly bliss!
