Amazing service! They fixed my Bluetooth issue in my Audi and saved me hundreds. Friendly, knowledgable, and fair prices. Thanks guys!
Ive been going to Dandinis for about 6-7 years now and its the only place I trust. This time they repaired a fuse that was causing my steering to be hard. Bob and the team took really good care of me and my car ended up steering much better than it did prior to the issue.
Honest and reasonable. Came highly recommended from experts we trust. No up selling just to inflate price.
Very accommodating. Technician took time to explain the repair. They took additional time to explain when I went back on the following day
Excellent service and attention, I recommend the workshop 100%
Quick and efficient and AFFORDABLE super grateful to find a mechanic that specializes in VW what I thought was a complicated repair and costly was a simple fix and very affordable.
I've been a customer of Danini for almost 15 years. Times when I needed help they have always done my repairs. Their work is excellent and prices are reasonable.
Dandini’s has always been great. They’re consistently quick with repairs, provide amazing customer service, and have some of the best prices in town for a VW/Audi-certified shop. They’re the only people I trust to work on my car, and I’d highly recommend them to any local European car owner as well. - Xander
Firestone tried to pressure me and told me my car was going to seize and cause a fire if I didn't fix a part that didn't exist on my car, they tried to diagnose another issue that wasn't true and and told me that I was very low on oil (had 3 people check and it wasn't true at all). Andrew from Dandini's told me what…
Great service and kept us informed regularly
I never give 10 out of 10 (5 stars). No one is perfect!… Well, these guys are! Hands down the best place to take your VW or Audi in Columbus. Stressing over car repairs and costs is miserable. I’m grateful It doesn’t happen here! These guys will take care of you and your family!
They always are consistent. Their prices are always at the client facing low end of ASE certification while being complete, communicating what really needs fixed and what can wait. They are the shop that can get a guy to stop fixing his own vehicle himself
Great people to work with... reasonable and very thorough!!!
Great work and great prices. My VW will never see any shop but this one. Great job guys
Price is reasonable compared to dealer. The technician is professional and he found out the problem quickly, replaced the parts as needed.
Dandini’s is a reputable and trustworthy shop. They were clear in explaining car diagnosis and exceeded my expectations on resolution and quality. I can’t say enough good things about mechanic, Keith Rady!! Highly recommend to all of my family and friends!!!
First time working with this group. Good experience and will use them in the future. They worked on my Q7 TDI
Been taking my Audi here for years. Always excellent service and fair price. Don’t take your car to the dealership unless it’s a free maintenance visit. Dandini’s will do the work at a good price.
Have been here a few times to get various repairs on my Jetta wagon. Prices are fair and reasonable while the work is always done quickly, and my car always drives so much smoother when they do the job. Highly recommend.
Dandini’s is the best auto repair service I’ve ever dealt with! They’re honest & reasonably priced. I’ve gone to them for several things, some minor, some not, & have left knowing I was taken care of.
I had numerous warning lights on in my Audi and no shops in my local town were able to work on it. I was referred to Dandini’s and the service was impeccable and my car runs like new!
My first time here. I contacted them about an issue I was having with my car. Found out it's under warranty and they set up the repair with the dealer. Quick, painless, friendly, knowledgeable, I could go on... Awesome.
They are experts great service!
Once again top notch with honesty and communication. The team always discusses the repair options and criticality.
Dandini’s staff is second to none. They take the time to explain what needs to be done. They are about doing what’s right.I’ll be a customer for life.
Friendly and quick with customer in mind. Convenient and easy to schedule as well.
Great place to keep your vehicle in top shape. Trustworthy staff that will only recommend work needed.
Very satisfied with service done. Have used DANDINI’S several times. Staff are very friendly, provide updates on vehicle and also repair in a timely manner. Cost is very reasonable. Kudos for this facility!
Been going to Dandinis for close to 10 years and each time the service is perfect and the price is more than fair. Get dealer quality service and keep your arm and your leg!
Prompt service; finished before promised time. Great detail on additional recommended service to be performed
Ken at Dandini's is hands down the Best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of encountering! He goes way above & beyond to care for us & our vehicles. I would trust him with any work needed on any vehicle I own. Bob is always kind, knowledgeable & helpful!
Bob and the crew at Dandinis are an absolute must to keep on speed dial if you own an Audi or VW and live in the Columbus Metro area. I have been taking my cars to Dandinis for years and they have always been fair, honest and willing to go above and beyond to service my vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend…
I am so happy I found Dandini’s they are so thoughtful, kind and most important honest. They will explain to you what is going on before they perform any work it is so hard to find this type of service anymore so as long as I have an Audi I will always be a customer…
These guys work hard to build customer trust and support. I'd recommend going here first, they've helped me save time and money, whether it's an oil change or something more specific to my car that other mechanics can't address. I wish other places ran business this way.
We had Great service on our 2013 VW Passat from Dandini’s. They had a delay and went overboard to make it right by giving us a loaner , and then delivering the car when the repair was complete. And even put fuel in it ! Final price was spot on with the estimate.
Dandini's Servicing Audi and Volkswagen is an excellent automotive service center that provides top-notch services at an affordable price. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. I had an Audi, and when I was faced with a fuel injector situation, I was frustrated with the high cost of repairs at…
I had my 2013 Audi Q7 at another shop because it had the EPC light on and was not driveable. After 2 weeks the shop could not diagnose and fix. I called multiple other german auto repair shops and none said whether they could diagnose the issue. I wanted to be ensured of a fix because I had to tow the car. I spoke…
Dandini’s had my Audi for 11 days, and “didn’t have the time” to repair it. The estimated time of completion kept being pushed back despite them having the parts on hand. I requested a written quote for repair and it was never delivered. On day 11 I told them not to do anything to my car, I was taking it to the…
Traveled 1 hr to one way for service and maintenance. I dropped the vehicle off, received complete transparency in communicating the repairs/maintenance needed. End result vehicle affordabley repaired one stop one fix, equals a Fantastic experience !!
This is an absolutely incredible business, and they absolutely deserve YOUR business. My VW broke down the middle of the intersection and had to be pushed through the light. So embarrassing. Luckily, I live in a town where Dandini's exists. They had 2 guys working and were already 10 days from their next…
