Honest shop with great service for European (German) cars. Reasonable prices
Took my 23 Golf R in for its 30k and early 40k mile maintenance. They did everything I asked, and even notified me of an issue that I got resolved at VW thru a warranty. Looking forward to keep maintenance up thru Dandinis.
Nice guys and never had to take care back because of incomplete work. Will continue using their services for my Audi.
So glad to find a group like Dandinis that I can trust to service my vehicles. The techs and staff are knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. Kenny and crew have built our trust forever!
Used their services a few times in the pass. They're friendly, knowledgeable and take time to let you understand what's wrong and needed on your vehicle. Will keep using them in the future. After my regular VW mechanic retired, I remembered Dandini's as another great shop to work on my Jettas
Took my 2019 VW Atlas here for a coolant leak. They did a great job with the repair, but they really earned the 5 star review with the post repair service. Sher the initial repair the coolant level dropped again due to an air bubble. They reran the vacuum test and restored the coolant concentration to ensure that…
I will like to take the time to leave this review about this repair shop and my experience with the staff and Bob. I truely appreciated the Professalism, knowledge and expertise they posess and I am very please with the impressive performance of my Touareg. I had a 2004 Touareg with many issues as being the first…
Great service. I'm happy to find local Audi service shop I can trust.
Excellent communication and punctual repair times. Bob and team run a top shop with excellence guidance on needed repairs.
Exceptionally professional, friendly and explain any specific repairs needed and pricing is very affordable. Highly recommend!
New to this shop for service..so far its been great!
One of the best garages I have found in Columbus, Ohio. Very good work and very easy to deal with. I will definitely go back. William Catalfina.
Honest and reasonable. Came highly recommended from experts we trust. No up selling just to inflate price.
The absolute best shop!!! I would never take my car anywhere else. These guys treat you like they’ve known you forever. They always answer all my questions and my car is always brand new after. I will tell everyone I ever meet this is the best Euro Car repair out there! They’ve serviced my Volkswagen for 6\7 years.…
I am a customer of Dandini’s Volkswagen/Audi Repair and have taken my Volkswagen and now Audi there for maintenance intervals, as well as repairs for years. My Audi S3 now has 120,000 miles on it and runs great but started burning motor oil at about 80,000 miles. The quantity of oil burnt between tanks of fuel is…
Excellent service
Just bought a 2017 eClass 4matic and took it to Dandini’s for a brake job. Bob inspected the brakes and found that they didn’t require service. Changed the brake fluid. His original quote on a brake job was ~ $800. Oxford wanted $1400 for the same service. Bob is an honest man that will not do service that it doesn’t require. Old School!!!
I love Dandini’s! I have brought all my VWs here over the last 15 yrs ! Dandini’s is always honest , quick , respectful of my time, & their prices are fair .
Very friendly staff and my repairs were done within an hour! Will be going back if I have any more maintenance needs on my volkswagen!
Love Dandini
Dandini's is my one and only place I have taken my Audi A4 and S4. And will continue to do going forward for any service.
Great service & timely repairs!
Great, trustworthy shop. I recommend to anyone
Dandini’s has always been great. They’re consistently quick with repairs, provide amazing customer service, and have some of the best prices in town for a VW/Audi-certified shop. They’re the only people I trust to work on my car, and I’d highly recommend them to any local European car owner as well. - Xander
Took me right at my appointment time. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend. They always try to save you money and give an HONEST opinion of what’s going on.
Extremely knowledgeable. Great people. They fix it right and price fairly.
Update - 4/15/2026 - brought in our 958 TDi for LOF, air filter and fuel filter. Another excellent experience. Update 6/16/25 - brought in our A8L diesel for an oil change and Lube. Once again, the team at Dandini did a fantastic job! **Bob and his crew do a phenomenal job taking care of our 958 Diesel. I am going to bring our A8L Diesel to them as well.
The guys at Dandinis are super kool! You can actually have a conversation with them and not feel like you're a mastercard/visa to them! Down to earth knowledgeable/ helpful team! Definitely will be back!
I'm always impressed by the transparency and the overall service when taking my Audi to Dandini's. They were happy to provide me with a quote for some general maintenance items prior to my service appointment.
I never give 10 out of 10 (5 stars). No one is perfect!… Well, these guys are! Hands down the best place to take your VW or Audi in Columbus. Stressing over car repairs and costs is miserable. I’m grateful It doesn’t happen here! These guys will take care of you and your family!
They always are consistent. Their prices are always at the client facing low end of ASE certification while being complete, communicating what really needs fixed and what can wait. They are the shop that can get a guy to stop fixing his own vehicle himself
Always expeditious, good value and solid work.
Good people we are in the shop next to them have dealt with them for years. They recently did a motor mount for me and all the work seems well done
Always easy to get booked for service. Bob C is fabulous. Grateful to have this crew/shop near me to tend my Audi Q5 suv. PZ
I cannot say enough great things about Dandini's. They do absolutely phenomenal work, and they are the only team I trust with my cars. Their level of specialization and expertise with VW vehicles truly sets them apart. Every time I bring my car in, I know it’s in knowledgeable, capable hands. So, if you own a VW…
Great work and great prices. My VW will never see any shop but this one. Great job guys
The staff at Dandinis is super helpful and knowledgeable. They always get me scheduled within a reasonable time and i’m in and out of there quickly for all my service appointments. I highly recommend using them!!
Small shop with large value on customer care. Extremely easy to communicate with, including texts and pictures. Personally saved me nearly $2K from what the dealership quoted me. Rather than just taking the quote and recommendation from the dealer, they wanted to see for themselves. Turns out the dealer was wrong…
I love how they were able to get me in quickly. It seems like the dealerships can never get you in, without a 3 week wait. I was afraid to drive my Volvo because I thought my transmission was slipping. When I dropped it off they said it could be just needing new spark plugs and/ or an ignition coil. They…
Dandini’s is a reputable and trustworthy shop. They were clear in explaining car diagnosis and exceeded my expectations on resolution and quality. I can’t say enough good things about mechanic, Keith Rady!! Highly recommend to all of my family and friends!!!
First time working with this group. Good experience and will use them in the future. They worked on my Q7 TDI
Very reliable place for my Mercedes and parts are OEM and much cheaper compared to MB service centers 👍
Dandini's always takes good care of my GTI. I've been doing oil changes and repairs here for 6 years and they've kept my car in great shape, no BS. Thanks!
Excellent service, fair price, doesn't try to upsell you or take advantage of you. Good, honest repairmen. I only trust Dandini's to touch my Volkswagen.
Great experience! Dandini’s provides good communication during the repair process, written estimates and electronic approval process and they deliver on great mechanical repairs. All that you can ask for from a local Indy shop for the BMW, Audi, VW owners out there.
Dandini’s is a must if you have an older European car! They know exactly what they’re doing. Got me in fast fixed everything wrong and had it back within 24 hours!
Dandini’s is the best auto repair service I’ve ever dealt with! They’re honest & reasonably priced. I’ve gone to them for several things, some minor, some not, & have left knowing I was taken care of.
Overall and very good experience and very affordable for the amount of work done.
Staff is pretty knowledgeable. They are very good at what they do.
I had numerous warning lights on in my Audi and no shops in my local town were able to work on it. I was referred to Dandini’s and the service was impeccable and my car runs like new!
Clear communication and great work . This is a great place to get work done on your vehicle.
Grear honest affordable service. It is worth the drive for our VW Tiguan.
Dandini’s staff is second to none. They take the time to explain what needs to be done. They are about doing what’s right.I’ll be a customer for life.
Friendly and quick with customer in mind. Convenient and easy to schedule as well.
Great service and quick. Fixed issue that other dealership couldn’t.
These guys are a great alternative to going to the dealership for my Audi care. They treat me like family and my car loves going there. 😁
Dandini’s did an excellent job fixing my engine after the Audi/VW timing chain issue(lawsuit) which led to my 1st cylinder being blown. Worked great after the repair and gave me a much better price than a dealership would have then.
Great place to keep your vehicle in top shape. Trustworthy staff that will only recommend work needed.
Very satisfied with service done. Have used DANDINI’S several times. Staff are very friendly, provide updates on vehicle and also repair in a timely manner. Cost is very reasonable. Kudos for this facility!
Honest and knowledgeable. Trustworthy automotive care.
Been going to Dandinis for close to 10 years and each time the service is perfect and the price is more than fair. Get dealer quality service and keep your arm and your leg!
Prompt service; finished before promised time. Great detail on additional recommended service to be performed
Terrific service if you have a vw! I'm an out-of-towner visiting Columbus frequently and I've used Dandini multiple times now, for a water leak problem (if you own a VW you know What a pain this can be) and ignition and exhaust issues. They knew exactly what to do to solve these problems.i have also used them for…
I purchased a used Volvo S60 in 2021. I was interested in finding a reliable repair shop to keep my vehicle in good condition. I’m happy to say I found what I was looking for at Dandini’s!
Would highly recommend!
Oil change and fixed coolant leak. Easy to schedule and fixed quickly.
Bought a used Vw EOS. Wanted them to check it over for me and answer some questions I had about the car. Will definitely use them for any future repairs I may need.
Ken at Dandini's is hands down the Best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of encountering! He goes way above & beyond to care for us & our vehicles. I would trust him with any work needed on any vehicle I own. Bob is always kind, knowledgeable & helpful!
Excellent repair work - recommend highly. Results better than anticipated with old and new issues on my 2011 Audi.
Great service for our 2012 VW Tiguan
Bob and the crew at Dandinis are an absolute must to keep on speed dial if you own an Audi or VW and live in the Columbus Metro area. I have been taking my cars to Dandinis for years and they have always been fair, honest and willing to go above and beyond to service my vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend…
I am so happy I found Dandini’s they are so thoughtful, kind and most important honest. They will explain to you what is going on before they perform any work it is so hard to find this type of service anymore so as long as I have an Audi I will always be a customer…
We feel very fortunate to have a trustworthy mechanic to service all of our cars!!!
Everything was, and as always, great.
Great service!
These guys work hard to build customer trust and support. I'd recommend going here first, they've helped me save time and money, whether it's an oil change or something more specific to my car that other mechanics can't address. I wish other places ran business this way.
Only shop I trust with my Audi and VW’s!
Fantastic service. I had them install $4,000 worth of upgrades on my Audi S4 and the workmanship was perfect. Great communication, accurate estimates, quick turn-around. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dandini's!
The folks at Dandini's were wonderful....Friendly and knowledgeable!!! The cost of services were fair and reasonable. I will be using their services going forward.
They helped me out with my car. Great service and technicians. Would highly recommend DANDINI to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy Volkswagen repair shop.
Dandini's Servicing Audi and Volkswagen is an excellent automotive service center that provides top-notch services at an affordable price. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. I had an Audi, and when I was faced with a fuel injector situation, I was frustrated with the high cost of repairs at…
The people at Dandini’s are very professional they are very knowledgeable when it comes to vw no one from where I live would look or even work on it Bob found a transmission when no one else could highly recommend
This is the best auto shop I have been to. The employees are so kind, professional and really know their Audi/VW cars. I have been here with lists of issues from my A4 (just from packing on the mileage) and they always have an answer and solution for any problem I have. The mechanic comes back and talks to you…
Wait till you hear this!! I had never been to Dandini's but I had heard very good things about the owners. So, I was having a problem reattaching a new heated sideview mirror to its plastic housing and then reattaching it to my Lexus truck. So, I said "what the heck", let me give them a call and see if they…
This place is awesome. They can get me in super quick and always take care of my Jetta. Very trustworthy and friendly people! I would highly recommended taking your VW to them for every need.
Ken and the entire staff treated me like family and they treated my baby (my car) as it was their baby with updates, pricing and different plan of attacks. Then at pick up they even walked me through what failed and showed me the broken parts. I will never take my vehicles to anywhere else in town outside of Dandinis! Happy customer!
Traveled 1 hr to one way for service and maintenance. I dropped the vehicle off, received complete transparency in communicating the repairs/maintenance needed. End result vehicle affordabley repaired one stop one fix, equals a Fantastic experience !!
