Great staff and friendly knowledgeable service.
DANDINI'S is now the only place I'll take my car. They know what they're doing, care about your car, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the root of an issue is identified and addressed.
Honest shop with great service for European (German) cars. Reasonable prices
Took my 23 Golf R in for its 30k and early 40k mile maintenance. They did everything I asked, and even notified me of an issue that I got resolved at VW thru a warranty. Looking forward to keep maintenance up thru Dandinis.
Brought my 2017 VW here with some sort of engine issue, and these guys found and fixed the problem quickly. For any German car I will own, this will be the place I will go.
Nice guys and never had to take care back because of incomplete work. Will continue using their services for my Audi.
So glad to find a group like Dandinis that I can trust to service my vehicles. The techs and staff are knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. Kenny and crew have built our trust forever!
Dandini’s is always great and thorough!
Used their services a few times in the pass. They're friendly, knowledgeable and take time to let you understand what's wrong and needed on your vehicle. Will keep using them in the future. After my regular VW mechanic retired, I remembered Dandini's as another great shop to work on my Jettas
Seemed to do a nice job and know my vehicle. All questions answered. Had an issue with a repair and they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend.
Quick, responsive, fair price.
Excellent service and maintenance work on my vehicle with completion time done earlier that scheduled.
Honest and reasonable. Came highly recommended from experts we trust. No up selling just to inflate price.
The absolute best shop!!! I would never take my car anywhere else. These guys treat you like they’ve known you forever. They always answer all my questions and my car is always brand new after. I will tell everyone I ever meet this is the best Euro Car repair out there! They’ve serviced my Volkswagen for 6\7 years.…
serviced transmission, oil change, brake fluid flush on my MB c-class 🔥🔥
Easy in and out with good feedback on condition of my car.
Efficient, no upselling of services. Easy to schedule
I am a customer of Dandini’s Volkswagen/Audi Repair and have taken my Volkswagen and now Audi there for maintenance intervals, as well as repairs for years. My Audi S3 now has 120,000 miles on it and runs great but started burning motor oil at about 80,000 miles. The quantity of oil burnt between tanks of fuel is…
Excellent service
These guys Aren’t just affordable. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I swear, if you take your vehicle to a dealer after warranty rather than these guys, you’re throwing money out the window.
An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold! They have earned a loyal customer.
Great service, have 3 VW’s on n the family and I get them all serviced at Dandini’s. Professional and reasonable, and no delays. Highly recommend!
First time going here. Had a great experience! I have a Porsche Macan GTS and it was taken care of very well.
Dandini’s is always fast, friendly and efficient! They are also very affordable. I don’t take my car anywhere else!
Fast friendly and very thorough
Quick and efficient and AFFORDABLE super grateful to find a mechanic that specializes in VW what I thought was a complicated repair and costly was a simple fix and very affordable.
Dandini's is my one and only place I have taken my Audi A4 and S4. And will continue to do going forward for any service.
Great, trustworthy shop. I recommend to anyone
They are amazing! They got me in fast. They addressed all my issues and the cost was reasonable!!! I would definitely recommend!
Dandini’s has always been great. They’re consistently quick with repairs, provide amazing customer service, and have some of the best prices in town for a VW/Audi-certified shop. They’re the only people I trust to work on my car, and I’d highly recommend them to any local European car owner as well. - Xander
Great staff that is very knowledgeable. I have been taking my VWs and Audi to them for years and trust them completely. Great affordable service.
Extremely knowledgeable. Great people. They fix it right and price fairly.
Dandini’s has worked on my 2012 Audi TT and my 2013 Mercedes SL550. They consistently do quality work, communicate well, and bill reasonably. They will do all of the work on any European car I own.
Update - 4/15/2026 - brought in our 958 TDi for LOF, air filter and fuel filter. Another excellent experience. Update 6/16/25 - brought in our A8L diesel for an oil change and Lube. Once again, the team at Dandini did a fantastic job! **Bob and his crew do a phenomenal job taking care of our 958 Diesel. I am going to bring our A8L Diesel to them as well.
Fast, friendly service. Ability to schedule an appointment online is great. Half the cost of a dealership performing the work.
This team offers great service and consultation that the big named dealerships in town fail to do. Having taken 4 of our cars here for regular maintenance, there has never been 1 occurance where they are trying to upsell you on a service that is not needed. Every time we took a car to MAG or Kelly, the typcial…
The guys at Dandinis are super kool! You can actually have a conversation with them and not feel like you're a mastercard/visa to them! Down to earth knowledgeable/ helpful team! Definitely will be back!
The mechanic did an overall inspection and then came to talk to us about the overall condition of the vehicle. We had an oil change and brake fluid flush done. Overall I was very happy with the mechanic and his detailed explanations. I will come back and avoid the dealership in Dublin.
I'm always impressed by the transparency and the overall service when taking my Audi to Dandini's. They were happy to provide me with a quote for some general maintenance items prior to my service appointment.
Great to work with! Very reasonable prices! Will be going back for sure
I never give 10 out of 10 (5 stars). No one is perfect!… Well, these guys are! Hands down the best place to take your VW or Audi in Columbus. Stressing over car repairs and costs is miserable. I’m grateful It doesn’t happen here! These guys will take care of you and your family!
Bob & Ken are very knowledgeable even about the most obscure issues. I trust Dandini’s and I don’t trust easily! Thanks guys!
They always are consistent. Their prices are always at the client facing low end of ASE certification while being complete, communicating what really needs fixed and what can wait. They are the shop that can get a guy to stop fixing his own vehicle himself
Always easy to get booked for service. Bob C is fabulous. Grateful to have this crew/shop near me to tend my Audi Q5 suv. PZ
I cannot say enough great things about Dandini's. They do absolutely phenomenal work, and they are the only team I trust with my cars. Their level of specialization and expertise with VW vehicles truly sets them apart. Every time I bring my car in, I know it’s in knowledgeable, capable hands. So, if you own a VW…
Beware of the Owner CHECK your charges at the end of the service – the shop owner added an EXTRA $70 to my receipt. Take SCREENSHOTS of the “Estimate of Work” the owner sends you. He deletes and locks access to the documents within seconds, so you won’t have any proof, as happened to me. When I came back to get…
Reliable people that I trust what they tell me about my Audi.
Great service, assessed all my service concerns. Cost was very fair
Great people to work with... reasonable and very thorough!!!
Always great service!
I have been taking my German vehicles to Dandini's for the past 8 years since moving to Columbus and have always had a wonderful experience.
I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price.
Affordable pricing and friendly service!
Very reliable place for my Mercedes and parts are OEM and much cheaper compared to MB service centers 👍
Honest, fair and high quality repair shop. Glad i used them.
Been taking my Audi here for years. Always excellent service and fair price. Don’t take your car to the dealership unless it’s a free maintenance visit. Dandini’s will do the work at a good price.
Awesome service every time!
Dandini's always takes good care of my GTI. I've been doing oil changes and repairs here for 6 years and they've kept my car in great shape, no BS. Thanks!
Dandini’s is a must if you have an older European car! They know exactly what they’re doing. Got me in fast fixed everything wrong and had it back within 24 hours!
If you own a VW or Audi and you are beyond the warranty period, this is the place to go to for service. Great mechanics that are reliable, capable and honest.
Dandini’s is the best auto repair service I’ve ever dealt with! They’re honest & reasonably priced. I’ve gone to them for several things, some minor, some not, & have left knowing I was taken care of.
Great alternative to VW/Audi dealerships
Staff is pretty knowledgeable. They are very good at what they do.
I had numerous warning lights on in my Audi and no shops in my local town were able to work on it. I was referred to Dandini’s and the service was impeccable and my car runs like new!
Great professional service on my E-350 for service B
DANDINI’S is always super professional, quick with service, and fair in pricing. They always tell me when I don’t really need service and are reliable when I do.
New to Ohio, I believe having a trusted mechanic is just as important as having a good accountant or doctor. I had a great experience here—very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
Once again top notch with honesty and communication. The team always discusses the repair options and criticality.
Dandini’s staff is second to none. They take the time to explain what needs to be done. They are about doing what’s right.I’ll be a customer for life.
Friendly and quick with customer in mind. Convenient and easy to schedule as well.
The service was quick, well priced and friendly. I won’t take my VW anywhere else
Excellent shop to get your Audi or VW repaired. Excellent service!!! Always consistent service and I have been going for 6 years, and I will continue to use them with my next Audi.
These guys are a great alternative to going to the dealership for my Audi care. They treat me like family and my car loves going there. 😁
Dandini’s did an excellent job fixing my engine after the Audi/VW timing chain issue(lawsuit) which led to my 1st cylinder being blown. Worked great after the repair and gave me a much better price than a dealership would have then.
Great place to keep your vehicle in top shape. Trustworthy staff that will only recommend work needed.
Very satisfied with service done. Have used DANDINI’S several times. Staff are very friendly, provide updates on vehicle and also repair in a timely manner. Cost is very reasonable. Kudos for this facility!
We are always happy with our service at Dandini! The guys are great, no nonsense and work is always completed quickly. We’ve trusted their service for 8+ years and will continue to for years to come.
Been going to Dandinis for close to 10 years and each time the service is perfect and the price is more than fair. Get dealer quality service and keep your arm and your leg!
Terrific service if you have a vw! I'm an out-of-towner visiting Columbus frequently and I've used Dandini multiple times now, for a water leak problem (if you own a VW you know What a pain this can be) and ignition and exhaust issues. They knew exactly what to do to solve these problems.i have also used them for…
After 10+ years of servicing my 17yr old manual transmission VW Rabbit, they still have it running well & on the road—pushing 200k miles… speaks volumes for Dandini’s auto care! And, Master certified mechanics… two thumbs up!! :)
Would highly recommend!
Excellent service and turnaround! Highly recommend! Robert Frenz
I’ve used Dandini’s to service my Audi eight for the past couple of years and I’ve been very happy with them. I’ve only had them perform oil changes that’s far but we trust them with other maintenance issues. I forgot to ask them to rotate the tires, but that’s my fault.
Oil change and fixed coolant leak. Easy to schedule and fixed quickly.
Bob worked both our cars in before our big road to Georgia. The team gave a cars a good inspection, made sure all was good with our tires and fixed the radiator leak. Dandinis told me to hold off on my brakes which was a task for another day. Thanks for keeping us safe on the road!!!
Bought a used Vw EOS. Wanted them to check it over for me and answer some questions I had about the car. Will definitely use them for any future repairs I may need.
Highly recommend, excellent service, friendly and honest!
Excellent repair work - recommend highly. Results better than anticipated with old and new issues on my 2011 Audi.
High quality service everytime. And quick! If you have an Audi or VolksWagon there’s ZERO reason to take it anywhere other than Dandini’s
Great service for our 2012 VW Tiguan
I am so happy I found Dandini’s they are so thoughtful, kind and most important honest. They will explain to you what is going on before they perform any work it is so hard to find this type of service anymore so as long as I have an Audi I will always be a customer…
We towed dad’s car to Dandini for service and had a smooth experience from the beginning to end. They fixed an issue that’s been going on for over a year. The car runs great now!! Highly recommend having your car services done through Dandini’s.
We feel very fortunate to have a trustworthy mechanic to service all of our cars!!!
These guys work hard to build customer trust and support. I'd recommend going here first, they've helped me save time and money, whether it's an oil change or something more specific to my car that other mechanics can't address. I wish other places ran business this way.
Dandini's Servicing Audi and Volkswagen is an excellent automotive service center that provides top-notch services at an affordable price. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. I had an Audi, and when I was faced with a fuel injector situation, I was frustrated with the high cost of repairs at…
This is the best auto shop I have been to. The employees are so kind, professional and really know their Audi/VW cars. I have been here with lists of issues from my A4 (just from packing on the mileage) and they always have an answer and solution for any problem I have. The mechanic comes back and talks to you…
Ken and the entire staff treated me like family and they treated my baby (my car) as it was their baby with updates, pricing and different plan of attacks. Then at pick up they even walked me through what failed and showed me the broken parts. I will never take my vehicles to anywhere else in town outside of Dandinis! Happy customer!
