I figured this was coming, and that's fine.
I came to your house after your initial phone call OVER a year ago and explained to you that pressure treated wood shrinks and that sanding Cedartone treated lumber would leave it different colors everywhere we sanded. We tell all of our customers about the risks of treated lumber before they buy. It never performs well. Not ever. Nobody in the world warrants treated lumber after install because it's so unpredictable. We've even considered not even selling treated decks any longer because we get so many call backs that AREN'T our fault. This is one of those instances. We use screws on everything, and the lumber still shrinks. It's out of our control. I dare you to find a company who will come back and "fix" a treated deck 18 months after install. You won't find one.
Second, you texted me last week at 10:40pm after we hadn't spoken for over a year!!! You were going on about how I don't keep my word. My other 5-star reviews will tell you pretty quickly that's not true. That was incredibly unprofessional and unwarranted. I have a life outside of work, and I was sleeping like most people are at 10:40 at night.
We could have had an adult conversation about this during business hours, but instead you wanted to text me in the middle of the night and insult my integrity. No thank you. I'll gladly take the bad review!
PS- the pictures you posted look surprisingly good for a year and a half old pressure treated deck. It's usually much worse than that after the wood dries.
