Thank you so much! Glad I could help with your home inspection.
We used Desert Diamond Home Inspections for the pre-purchase inspection of our home in Tucson. Alex took about five hours to inspect every aspect of the home in great detail. We attended the inspection, so he provided a verbal summary, explained his findings, and answered our questions (whether about his findings or otherwise) before sending us a detailed report afterwards. While the report was very detailed, it was easy for us to understand and organized in a very practical way. Further, Alex reached out several times in the days after the inspection to see if we had any additional questions. Moving from out-of-state, we especially appreciated his recommendations for local contractors and service providers. We felt that we had an ally in Alex who truly cared about providing us the information we needed to make sure we weren't buying a cat in a bag. We would recommend Desert Diamond Home Inspections to anyone who is buying a home in the Tucson area.
Happy to help, Niels! Thank you for the kind words. Welcome to Tucson!

Alex did a fantastic job! Who would have thought a new house construction would have so many issues? He explained everything and even gave us 2 books that he authored about new home construction and maintenance. Price was reasonable. Easy to schedule and great communication. Would most definitely use his services again!
