As a realtor in South Jersey, I STRONGLY recommend using Design Studio 312 for your next listing or interior home design. My investment property was placed on the market on 11/1/2023 after a complete renovation. It was recommended through showing feedback to consider staging. After many showings, interest, and one offer that fell through, in February I reached out to Mike and Donna at Design Studio 312. I found their card from multiple listings in the neighborhood that were staged beautifully. We hired them for their gorgeous work, professionalism, and flexible financing options; Thank Goodness we did! They staged the home on Friday, 2/9/2024, new professional pictures were taken and then published online for the listing on Wednesday, 2/14/2024, and there was a showing the next day, Thursday, 2/15/2024, and we accepted an offer for over asking that night! I first reached out to Design312 and spoke with Michael who was lovely to speak with on the phone. Donna, the designer, is his aunt and he said she would be THRILLED to work on my project- to complete the redesign of my business loft used for massage, meditation and wellness workshops. Upon meeting Donna, I noticed how warm and friendly she is almost IMMEDIATELY! During the 4+ months of working with her, her warm and friendly demeanor never changed. She was a delight to work with and always listened to my needs. If we ordered something that just didn’t work in the spot it was meant for, she knows how to ‘think outside the box’ and MAGICALLY make it work somewhere else in the space. Another thing that I loved about her is that she didn’t want me to buy all new things. She wanted to work with the things I already owned as much as possible, which was nice and thoughtful. She was willing to work with a carpenter that I know and together they created a custom cabinet that holds everything from my yoga mats and bolsters to all 40 of my yoga blankets and even 25 folding chairs. What a sigh of relief to FINALLY have a spot to put everything away and for it all not to be out in the open creating a huge eyesore! The space was just completed TODAY, in time for my photo shoot on Monday, which was my deadline. It was important for the loft design to be completed by then because these pictures will be going up on my new website and the space will be featured! I’m forever grateful to Donna and her team! Mostly, I just worked with Donna, but her nephew Michael and her fiancé Michael both came out one day to deliver a huge antique piece and hang artwork, etc. It was a pleasure to get to know them and I absolutely LOVE that it’s a family run business! Even BEFORE the space was completed, my clients were walking into the newly designed space with their jaws dropped. They could not BELIEVE the transformation!
