A terrible experience, involving threats and racism. He charged $633 to tow the car to his shop. claiming to be the manager. But without giving us any information, he simply hooked it up to his truck and drove off without telling us where he was taking it. The car had slid a bit near Ashland Avenue and Pilgrim Way before he towed it away.

Kind, attentive and timely staff. Appreciate respectful attitude too.

Quick and friendly service. From the call to the tow to my house it was less than 30 minutes. Thankful for the quick work as I was on the side of a busy off ramp.

Thank you for the quick response yesterday when my wife’s VW Atlas needed a tow. We really appreciate how fast you got there and helped us out—it made a stressful situation a lot easier. I will definitely use and recommend your company in the future, if needed.

Very fast and efficient and very kind and understanding and does a Great Job at his job And Isaac is Professional with what he had done for my car and is the cheapest towing service in Green Bay Wisconsin 😇♥️♥️

My wife had the car towed home and after Brandon left the door slammed closed with the wind and locked. 15 min later Brandon came back unlocked it. Excellent customer service and an amazing experience.

Naturally, during the -40 temperatures, my car was not able to make it home and died at my workplace. I called around 11 am and they were here 30 minutes later. I was able to describe where to drop the car off at my home and it was a very seamless process. I really appreciate the speedy arrival and the price was… Read full review

Very disrespectful and unprofessional driver. I told him the tire on my vehicle was flat and gave me an attitude from Hell!!!!!!, it amazes they were not do everything in their power to help me, I told him to LEAVE THEN, I don’t need his attitude and negativity it’s because of CUSTOMERS he has a job and collects a paycheck

Snowstorm is about to hit tonight, my car had died on me at a friend’s house and they drove all the way up to Suamico to tow my car. Really cool guy, fast and easy process, amazing price. Thank you, Brandon!!

My car broke down and they responded very quickly. They got the car towed to the shop and gave us a ride. Austin was very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Detail towing helped me out of a very difficult situation. I was in Green Bay for a funeral when one of our vehicles blew a tire on the freeway. Detail Towing was recommended, they came and picked up the vehicle in less time than was promised and safely and professionally delivered it to a tire store. Thank you so much!

What a friendly company. My car needed to be taken into a shop from my home. They gave me an estimated time of 1-2 hours and they were here within 30 minutes. The driver was exceptionally polite and made sure everything was good to go. He double checked, heck even triple checked his work and had my car out of the… Read full review
