A terrible experience, involving threats and racism. He charged $633 to tow the car to his shop. claiming to be the manager. But without giving us any information, he simply hooked it up to his truck and drove off without telling us where he was taking it. The car had slid a bit near Ashland Avenue and Pilgrim Way before he towed it away.
Quick and friendly service. From the call to the tow to my house it was less than 30 minutes. Thankful for the quick work as I was on the side of a busy off ramp.
Thank you for the quick response yesterday when my wife’s VW Atlas needed a tow. We really appreciate how fast you got there and helped us out—it made a stressful situation a lot easier. I will definitely use and recommend your company in the future, if needed.

My truck was stuck at the end of my driveway in the big 2026 March snow. I called Detail Towing and got Ryan. He was absolutely amazing. Made time to help me out on his way into work and got me pulled out in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this team any day, any time! Thank you Detail Towing!!
