We’ve used Dewey services for years and have never had any issues. Andy is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He addresses your concerns or problems quickly and efficiently.
The service tech usually sends a text message at 4:30pm the day before informing me that I’m scheduled for service tomorrow and is it okay. The problem is that they close at 5:00pm.
