Second time around with DFW Improved. This time we had the guest bath done to match the master from last year's work. Great working with Amy and Zander again.
UPDATE: Phase 2 of home reno in the box. After having 7 piers installed in 4 common areas of my home, dining, Great room, entry and "library", we had floors with irreparable damage. Had DFW come back in for a full upgrade. I had a grand vision for my 1977 stone fireplace that was quite a challenge at times but I…
Love, love, love my new bedroom suite. It was a pleasure from beginning to end, working with Gabi (producer/designer), Tiffany (designer), Luis (project manager), and the rest of the DFW Improved team. They cared about the details, listened to my feedback, and the end result is a space that gives me great happiness…
Update: DFW Improved just completed the third renovation project at our home - the kitchen. And like the first two times, we are very pleased with the results. (In addition to the primary bath remodel mentioned below, they also remodeled both of our upstairs' baths last year.) We keep coming back to them for the…
We cannot give the DFW Improved team enough praise for helping us remodel our three bathrooms from the 80’s to something we are proud of and enjoy using. From the beginning walkthrough and proposal with Debra, to the design meeting with Tiffany, and the actual construction execution with Kevin, everyone we worked…
DFW did a great job with our bathroom remodel. They provide you with a designer to help guide you through color and style selections. The quality of work was excellent. We are very satisfied with how our project turned out.
We recently remodeled our master bathroom with DFW Improved, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our project began with Jacki K. who came in with fantastic ideas and helped us shape our vision. She organized a detailed proposal and was always responsive and thoughtful in answering our…
DFW Improved recently remodeled my master bathroom and it was an extremely positive experience all the way around. From the initial visit, to the design visit, to sign off day, I always felt valued as a customer. The finished product was as promised and finished on time. The project Manager Jason Q. is the best! His…
We are repeat customers of DFW Improved. From your initial meeting, design session, and the project itself, they take care of you and ensure high quality work. I highly recommend DFW Improved!
We’ve done multiple projects now of varying size. Big project or small, DFW Improved is professional, timely, and helpful. They have a design center with good options for anything you need to be done. We’ve used their in house design team, had them do work with an outside designer. The process was smooth both ways.
This is the second time we've worked with DFW Improved — first for our master bathroom, and now for our guest bathroom — and once again, DFW Improved delivered an excellent experience. Klif was responsive, professional, and kept the project on track from start to finish. The renovation was completed on time, and the…
There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe DFW Improved or Kevin M. But what mattered more than the quality of their work was the amount of care and personal connection they showed. This is an organizational pillar because everyone we worked with demonstrated this: Andrew, Gabi, Tiffany, everyone. We…
We recently worked with DFW Improved on the renovation and remodel of our home, including our kitchen, master bathroom, powder bathroom, new flooring and painting throughout, as well as structural beam placement to replace pillars we had in our downstairs living area. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned…
DFW Improved did a great job on my bathroom remodel. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team's goal was making sure we loved the finish product – and we absolutely do. Special kudos to Zander, our Project Manager. His oversight of our project exceeded expectation. His…
Absolutely phenomenal service. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. I especially loved the in home walk through with the interior designer to ensure our bathroom choices flowed with the rest of the house. Carlos was a fantastic project manager and kept me up to date daily. He truly went above and beyond in all…
I would highly recommend DFW Improved. The quality of work is superior. There was water damage from the bathrooms that required major reconstruction. Garrett Lambert provided the initial bid and was extremely knowledgeable he provided pros and cons for what we were looking to do. Other bids just agree to everything…
We recently completed a full upstairs remodel with DFW Improved, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with our contractor, Jason Q. From start to finish, Jason went above and beyond in every way possible—more than words can even capture. Jason was always available, no matter how…
Luis is incredible! Very smart and has an ability to pay attention to detail and remember every request. We have done an entire house with Luis and I would do it again and again! He is the best contractor! Highly recommend!!
Zander was a great help to my home improvements!
Very pleased with our bathroom remodel project completed by DFW Improved. They deliver quality work and all personnel involved are true professionals. Joe, our project manager was in daily contact, most times in person. This is our second time using DFW Improved and will be contacting them for our next project.…
DFW Improved is a great company to use. Jason Storm is our sales rep and he was very organized and professional. He was very specific in what was going to be accomplished, I liked the way the contracts were presented. Jason always called if something was on back order or needed to be modified. Luis, our Project…
DFW Improved did an excellent and thorough job of remodeling our hallway bathroom. Kenneth Kabell evaluated all that needed to be done and created a detailed contract that specified the tasks with overall cost. Their designer Tiffany Confer was very helpful in picking out the materials at their well-stocked…
I have used DFW Improved for the second time now: remodeling my kitchen. They did such a wonderful job on my master bath that I couldn't resist using them again! I was 2000 miles away on summer vacation when they started the major remodel of my kitchen and they finished on time just before I arrived back home! I…
We just finished remodeling our primary bathroom with DFW Improved. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the end product! Our bathroom looks like a luxurious spa now! DFW Improved team members Jason Storm, Carlos Bello, and Tiffany Confer were all extremely…
DFW Improved did an AMAZING job with our hall bathroom. We knew we wanted to remove the tiny tub/shower and flip the layout to incorporate a large shower. We found a patterned floor tile and let DFW Improved get to work. The Design team (Sarah, Tiffany & Jodi) walked us through selections that complimented our…
DFW Improved was wonderful to work with. I knew who was showing up each day, how long the project would take and a great quality of work. Shane was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him!
DFW Improved just renovated our primary bathroom, taking it all the way down to the studs and starting over. The completed bathroom looks beautiful and we could not be happier with our project foreman Carlos Bello and the whole team!
DFW Improved did a bath to shower conversion for me and did the most fabulous job. Of all the contractors I’ve worked with, these guys were the most organized, professional bunch. They started with a detailed project plan, and, from the planning meeting to the final walk-through, things really did go without a…
We found ourselves one of many homeowners left to navigate the world of remodeling after a pipe burst in February 2021. It’s scary trying to find the reputable and ethical when the rip off artists descend after a major disaster. On top of this, I was having serious health concerns. We found DFW and a host of awesome…
James and Luis at DFW improved made our bathroom remodel experience extremely easy and stress free, and we are THRILLED with the final result. Luis kept open communication throughout and they never made us feel like a burden (we are pretty particular). Our only regret is that we didn’t use them for other projects sooner. Thanks guys!
Great work, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Highly recommend. Very impressed with the end product - complete shower refurbish. Friendly staff. Truly a top-notch company! We will use again. P
Everyone was fantastic and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased!
We are satisfied with our master bathroom renovations project by DFW Improved.
After a year from having our bathroom remodeled by DFW Improved, there are two things that I am disappointed with. First, the grout used for the tile in the shower was not sealed and already has discoloring. Second, the concrete floor was not prepped prior to laying of the luxury vinyl as requested. The removal…
We loved working with DFW Improved!! We worked with Carlos, Debra and Sarah to remodel our cramped guest/kids bathroom. They were great from the start - Debra and Sarah had really knowledgeable and amazing recommendations for how it could look, including some creative solutions that managed to somehow give us MORE…
We loved them so much the first time, that we used them again for our second bathroom remodel! Carlos communicated extremely well as our project manager and was always dependable. We were so happy to work with their team again!
DFW Improved did a great job on our remodel project which included new iron staircase, 2 bathroom and laundry remodels, and new fireplace tile.
We selected DFW Improved to remodel our 1994 primary bathroom. We appreciated the “All in one “ approach to their projects. Josh was our project manager, and we couldn’t ask for a more responsive manager. We were so happy with the changes in our master we decided to do our Jack and Jill too. We are very pleased with the results.
I used DFW Improved for renovation to bathrooms and kitchen flooring. All room turned out fantastic. Josh our project manager was outstanding to work with and kept informed all the time. He resolved everything very quickly. I would definitely recommend them
Excellently done bathroom remodel. DFW Improved is first class from quoting job, design and construction. Josh or project manager was excellent in insuring job was done right. Definitely, would use again. Definitely, recommend if you’re looking for remodeling projects.
I recently selected DFW Improved to complete a partial bathroom remodel. At the start of the job, I realized I needed to expand the scope to include the re tile of a secondary tub/shower area. I initially worked with Gabi to determine the details of the work to be quoted. Gabi was extremely helpful, flexible, and…
Was looking to do a bathroom remodel to compliment a plumbing repair. They came in and verbally quoted $40k. $40k for a total bathroom remodel is not in our budget, so we were then was pitched doing vanities and tub now, then the $16k shower later. And none of that includes any plumbing. Come on, that's ridiculous…
We recently had both of our bathrooms remodeled by DFW Improved. Josh and his team did a great job bringing our vision to life. It was really nice to have constant communication and daily updates from Josh of what work was accomplished and what to expect the following day. The professionalism and craftsmanship of…
Great company and team to work with! We've worked with them to remodel our bathrooms and do some interior structural reconfiguration. Love the design sessions with Tiffany- she's very helpful! Shane, the PM, was very responsive and kept things moving along. The work crews were great, too!
This the second time we have hired DFW Improved for remodeling projects at our home. We requested Todd James to be our project manager again and we continued to receive the exceptional service from Todd and his team as we did two years ago. Todd is personable, honest, professional and gets the job done right. He…
DFW improved gave exceptional service for our bathroom remodeling job. Luis was a very sharp project manager — who had great work teams assigned to us ! Great tile work , and all the installation on time . Lovely result !! Thank you!!
The team incl Luis and Debra did a great job with the bathroom remodel. Everything was delivered as expected, and on schedule. The project was well documented, and all the contractors were professionals.
Jamie helped us design an absolutely stunning bathroom and Todd made it all come together. The contractor made sure all items were in stock and ready to go before starting, so demo to completion was right at 6 weeks. Todd and his team took what is usually an uncomfortable process and made it relatively painless. We are so pleased with the final result.
I have been a repeat customer of DFW Improved for over 8 years now. I've had both bathrooms redone, kitchen counters/backsplash replaced, recessed lighting added, fireplace/hearth remodel, and a wall added with French doors. I won't trust anyone else with my home needs as the work is always fabulous. Ask for the…
This is the third time we’ve used them and we’ve been extremely pleased. Luis is very responsive to any questions or concerns. They always want to make sure that the customer is happy with the result. They do excellent work. We had a full patio and backyard space remodel and two bathroom remodels. This time they…
We just completed our 3rd project using DFW Improved. This latest one was a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom refresh. Even though the scope of the project was quite small, Josh as our project manager treated every aspect as if it were a major remodel. He communicated well, start to finish, inspected each step to ensure quality…
DFW improved remodeled my kitchen, primary bath and extended hardwoods in first floor. The work done is beautiful! I am very pleased with the results! They stayed on schedule and we’re responsive to my requests.
We used DFW Improved for a bathroom remodel project. We are very happy with the result as the bathroom looks amazing. We worked with James St. Peter and Alonzo and found them to be communicative and accommodating throughout the project. They also did a great job staying within budget and alerting us to any…
Good full service vendor. All trades did quality work. Project took much longer than expected due to changes in custom cabinets however very happy with results. We used DFW on all bathrooms and kitchen. Would recommend as full service provider.
DFW Improved did an amazing job on our bathroom. Not only in quality of work, but the overall management of the effort from bid to finish. We will always consider DFW Improved at the top of our list for anything else we do to our home.
Fantastic experience - recommend! Request Ray Rodriguez as your project manager!
I want to apologize and correct a review that I made a couple of months ago. I didn't know all the facts and made a hasty decision and wrote a bad, negative review--it was uncalled for and I didn't know all the facts until the Sales Rep reached out to me directly to explain. I apologize ! DFW Improved has been…
The remodel process isn’t exactly fun but working with Luis Resendez made it simple and stress free. Luis was always very responsive, understanding and helpful during my entire remodel project. I’m also very appreciative of all the hard work put into my remodel from all the different specialists involved (demo,…
Absolutely excellent experience with DFW Improved! Our project managers, Luis and Josh, far exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, they were professional and responsive- even responding to our texts on weekends and evenings. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule and our changes throughout the…
My home was severely damaged in the Texas Freeze. A builder friend recommended I contact DFW Improved. It was the best decision I could have made. Everything below 48” in my downstairs had been removed by the demo crew. In came DFW Improved led by my project manager Luis Resendez. He was professional, timely…
I had a really good experience with DFW improved. It was a large project with 4 bathroom remodels (2 complete) and $$$ price tag (their quote was on the higher side but since we had to get a lot done, we went with them and I am glad we did). Our bathrooms look beautiful. Right from start to finish, the experience…
From the initial meeting to the final meeting, my project went incredibly smooth! James was always willing to answer if I had a question, and Shane did a fabulous job making sure every detail was perfect! Tiffany made the selection process fun and easy! My experience was fantastic! The job was completed on time! Can’t recommend DFW Improved enough!
Over the last six months, I've used DFW Improved for both my bathroom and kitchen remodel. Both rooms turned out exactly the way I wanted. The project managers were great about communication and making sure people were there when they were supposed to be. Any issues were resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I'd…
Second Time Around DFW Improved has done it again! This is our second project using DFW Improved. Thank you Jamie, Josh and Luis for your professionalism from the beginning of the project to the end. The precision of the work done by your craftsmen is unmatched. From demo to clean up to the precise scheduled work.…
Had outdated guest bathroom remodeled. Had it made more handicap friendly: widened door, higher commode, low threshold shower in place of tub/ shower combo, installed 4 grab bars. Had cabinets custom made and stained to match our antique mirror. Installed skate tile. Hung our light fixture obtained from estate…
Working with Shane and DFW improved was such a joy! Never thought I’d come out at the end of a remodel and call the process a joy, which speaks volumes. All the crews were experts at their domain and handled my constant barrage of questions with such grace. I highly recommend DFW improved for any remodel need.
I enjoyed working with DFW Improved for our master bathroom remodel and would use them again should we have future remodel needs. Our Project Manager, Ray, was fantastic and was on site and closely involved every step of the way to ensure that the project went smoothly.
Just exceptional! We used dfw improved for an array of internal changes and expansions in our house, and they were easily the most professional and talented company in any industry that has done work in our home. In the middle of the project, we ended up needing to relocate, so their work was seen by many realtors…
From start to finish, the work was well-coordinated, timely, and the finished result is beautiful as well as functional. Ray Rodriguez kept me informed every step of the way with immediate response to all my questions. He was easily accessible and considerate of my time and home situation. The teams that provided…
