Outstanding company, excellent customer service, friendly, disciplined and worth every dollar spent. From the office personnel and everyone I came in contact with, I am very pleased for their service. By the way, a fellow devil dog so we knew it was going to be a excellent service
The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. Worked great with our insurance company to meet the dollar estimate provided by our insurance company.
DFW Improved was the second contractor assigned to my restoration claim after the original contractor was fired for poor performance. In every area the first contractor was awful, DFW Improved excelled. Their estimator, Juan, provided an extremely thorough estimate so that we got everything we were entitled to from…
Great experience. Mario was so considerate in scheduling and always available if I had any questions. Bathroom is beautiful.
DFW Improved did an amazing job for our master bathroom remodel, from start to finish. Each member of the project crew from the designer Tiffany, to the painter, did outstanding work and were very professional with each phase of the project. I would be remiss if I did not include high praise for Jason Quillin, the…

Josh and his crew were great! Fast and efficient!
Every part (sales, interior designer, contractor, tile team, painters, plumbers, glass guys) of DFW were exceptional and I felt like they did an amazing job. All of their recommendations were the best. I really felt like my contractor, Shane and our salesman Brian were in our corner when things did not go perfectly…
DFW Improved did great quality work on my bathroom remodel.
We just had an amazing bathroom remodel done by DFW Improved! Zander was great, very friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. My husband is a triple amputee using a power wheelchair and our old ADA compliant bathroom did not work very well for him. The shower was too small and difficult for him to get in and…
Shane did an incredible job managing more than 10 teams in parallel during the project and accelerating execution to end it in 6 weeks instead of the initial 8 weeks scheduled. We needed of that faster pace on delivery due to some time restrictions we had, so Shane’s role on making that happened was key. Also, I’d…
We had a great experience for our bath remodel. Expectations were set at the beginning, the job was on schedule, and the quality of the work was excellent. Klif was super to work with - he was very available, responsive and friendly. He kept everything coordinated and addressed any issues promptly. All the workers…
Heath was our Construction Manager for a Master Bath remodel and he did an EXCELLENT job.
After flooding disaster, DFW came in and restored 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms back to brand new again. Drywall, paint, flooring, fixture replacements, the whole deal. These guys are excellent to work with, try their best to accommodate any specific requests, and work to get the best possible outcome while working…

Shane is to best project manager! He lets us know which trades will be coming each week and what they’ll be doing. Keeps pretty close to schedule and promptly takes care of any issues that arise. We’ve already asked that Shane manage the next project we’ll be doing with DFW Improved!
I have used DFW Improved multiple times over the past 8 years for both massive water damage insurance claim work and other projects. What better compliment can I offer than that? They are excellent in their working with insurance, subcontractors, homeowners, and their internal systems are smooth and professional.…
Love, love, love my new bedroom suite. It was a pleasure from beginning to end, working with Gabi (producer/designer), Tiffany (designer), Luis (project manager), and the rest of the DFW Improved team. They cared about the details, listened to my feedback, and the end result is a space that gives me great happiness…
We had an extra room/ office space added using existing attic space and added additional counter space in our kitchen. Zander was absolutely great! He was very communicative, fun to work with and ensured we were satisfied. Although we had some challenges with the company and the finished kitchen product, Zander…
Everyone was so great, so professional, and the work done was top notch!!! They were very accommodating to our schedule and all of our needs. We will use them again for sure!
The team at DFW is professional, on-time, and makes sure things are done correctly. We have had them work on two smallish projects in the past few years, and both times each person we have encountered has done a great job. Jaime and Kliff are great! The most recent project included building a desk, building two new…

Everyone involved was highly professional and highly skilled at his particular job. My project manager, Shane, kept everything running…
Huge thanks to our project manager, Klif, for making the experience of renovating our bathroom easier than we expected! Krista, our designer, helped us pick out materials that made sense for our budget. Every step of the way, we felt like our concerns were heard - great communication all around. Projects like these…
Kevin, Gabbi and the whole team were incredible! I was a nightmare to communicate with because I'm horrible with email and have three young kids. They were patient and never let me know if they were frustrated. We went through hell and back getting the city and HOA to sign off on our project but Kevin got it done.…
We remodeled our master bathroom and our daughter’s bathroom. The company was awesome from start to finish. I can’t say enough about our project manager Zander James. He was professional, knowledgeable and was extremely hands on. We were so pleased we decided to have our front door replaced also. I would highly recommend DFW Improved.
We had a house fire and found out about DFW Improved through my brother-in-law who was friends with a contractor there, Juan. Juan talked us through the steps and answered all our questions. Our project manager, Heath, was great. Answered our MANY questions and kept us updated with all the repairs happening. We…
Josh and his different trades crews did a wonderful job on various tasks from replacing a back door to electrical and drywall repairs. Josh was very attentive and responded to all communication in a very timely manner. All work was done exactly as promised and within the timeframe. Would definitely hire again.
DFW Improved recently remodeled my master bathroom and it was an extremely positive experience all the way around. DFW Improved was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I appreciated the attention to detail, listening to what I wanted to accomplish within the space, and understanding when I needed to break up the project into phases. Jacki, Shane and the whole DFW Improved team were fantastic to work with as we needed to remodel our 1993 kitchen, update floors, remove popcorn ceilings, and repaint our whole house. I have used DFW Improved for the second time now: remodeling my kitchen. They did such a wonderful job on my master bath that I couldn't resist using them again! I was 2000 miles away on summer vacation when they started the major remodel of my kitchen and they finished on time just before I arrived back home! I…
DFW Improved was wonderful to work with. I knew who was showing up each day, how long the project would take and a great quality of work. Shane was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him!
We found ourselves one of many homeowners left to navigate the world of remodeling after a pipe burst in February 2021. It’s scary trying to find the reputable and ethical when the rip off artists descend after a major disaster. On top of this, I was having serious health concerns. We found DFW and a host of awesome…
James and Luis at DFW improved made our bathroom remodel experience extremely easy and stress free, and we are THRILLED with the final result. Luis kept open communication throughout and they never made us feel like a burden (we are pretty particular). Our only regret is that we didn’t use them for other projects sooner. Thanks guys!
Great work, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Highly recommend. Very impressed with the end product - complete shower refurbish. Friendly staff. Truly a top-notch company! We will use again. P
Everyone was fantastic and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased!
DFW Improved is a good company to do business with. They do what they say they will do, and do it very professionally. Josh is excellent and we enjoyed working with him every day. He drew up a schedule we could work to and even though WE tossed in changes along the way he stuck straight to the Schedule and provided…
DFW Improved remodeled my entire 750sq ft condo: kitchen, bath, bedroom, closet, utility area, living/dining space. Appreciated having a project manager — one person to talk to. They made sure the work was done to my satisfaction, but also keeping my expectations realistic. Happy with the results and the customer…
I’d give these guys more than five stars if I could. Our project involved tearing down walls, gutting the kitchen and creating one big great room including new lighting new windows, new cabinets. Budget was 130k. Jaime in sales and Luis, the project manager, were great to work with - constantly making sure I had…

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the final custom build. First…
DFW Improved did OUTSTANDING work in our home! We had drywall and wooden floor damage due to a leak in our master bathroom. A different company came in first and removed the damaged material at the direction of our insurance company. We hired DFW Improved to perform the restoration work due to their outstanding…
Very happy with my home addition
Jaime and Mario with DFW listened to what we were needing and wanting done. They were very professional, timely and so were the crews that did the actual work, They went above and beyond to please. Will not use anyone else, because they do a fantastic job, the best in town.
Fantastic experience - recommend! Request Ray Rodriguez as your project manager!
Absolutely excellent experience with DFW Improved! Our project managers, Luis and Josh, far exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, they were professional and responsive- even responding to our texts on weekends and evenings. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule and our changes throughout the…
DFW was great to work with from start to finish. We had significant damage to our home from a weather event and DFW did an amazing job restoring our home, making the changes we asked for, and in dealing with our very difficult insurance company. Todd James was our project manager and he was always on top of things,…
My home was severely damaged in the Texas Freeze. A builder friend recommended I contact DFW Improved. It was the best decision I could have made. Everything below 48” in my downstairs had been removed by the demo crew. In came DFW Improved led by my project manager Luis Resendez. He was professional, timely…
We could not be happier with the work DFW did for us. Our project began as an upstairs remodel but expanded in scope to include all new flooring downstairs and a complete kitchen remodel due to a pipe leak. Our sales consultant, Kenneth, was very helpful and patient as we worked with our insurance company.…
Just exceptional! We used dfw improved for an array of internal changes and expansions in our house, and they were easily the most professional and talented company in any industry that has done work in our home. In the middle of the project, we ended up needing to relocate, so their work was seen by many realtors…
I used DFW Improved based on the recommendation of Jim Dutton on the Texas Home Improvement show on WBAP. We had a burst pipe over the garage during snowmageddon last year. They were awesome to work with and the end result was fantastic. Garret came out and did the intial estimate. He treated me with respect and…
Our master bathroom remodeling project was completed today and we are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Shane was our project manager and kept us informed of schedule changes due to the two ice storms in February. He came by or called regularly to check on our project. He is very caring…
Todd James did an excellent job on my home addition. DFW Improved was extremely professional and completed all additions in a timely manner.
Due the freeze of February 2021, we had a water leak and major home damage. Heath & Blake took care of us. It took a while because there were so many people in need at the same time. But all their staff, namely Chris, were great. The work was solid and we are very happy with the results. I'd hire them again in a heart beat.
The entire process from the jump was a money grab and I will never make the mistake of hiring them again. We received our original proposal. The proposal was above our budget, so we asked for a different proposal with a much smaller scope. After comparing the two proposals, we elected to stretch for the larger…
My experience with DFW Improved has been nothing short of excellent. We had flooding in our house from burst pipe during the big Texas freeze of February 2021. The weeks and months that followed were chaotic in entire DFW with labor and material shortages. Jaime was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing…
Shane and DFW Improved did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. It was a full gut job with some unexpected issues along the way but they handled every one of them in stride and kept us on track. The carpenters to the plumbers to the electricians to the tile guys, were all excellent. I work from home so I…
We just had a complete office redone, split into his and her style. The process was not only on-time, but stuck to the quote and was professional and super easy. Luis stayed in constant communication, always setting expectations of the next step and when someone was arriving. The rooms look better than expected.…
Shane was an OUTSTANDING project manager. He was on top of everything, would call us to give a head’s up, stick to the schedule he created and just really was proactive about keeping us in the loop. All the work done was high quality.
you get what you pay for.....this company is not the cheapest BUT, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They take pride in their work and maintain their professionalism throughout the whole process.
DFW Improved did an awesome job. My wife and I are very pleased with our bathrooms that they remodeled. Carlos and his whole crew were professional and did an excellent job. Carlos even kept things running while he was on vacation. We will definitely use DFW Improved again for any future projects.
Our home had significant water damage from the Texas winter storm and DFW improved was ready to jump in and help us out. Jaime drove in still snowy weather to check on us, assess our home and give us advice. We have had some insurance struggles and Jaime was always there to help navigate that process. Our project…
We had an office addition added to our home. This company was fast, responsive and honest. They took care of getting all permits and gave realistic timelines for when work would be performed.
Luis Resendez’s work nothing short of fantastic working with us on a 4 month long insurance repair. Luis was an excellent communicator, quickly addressed any concerns we raised, and ultimately put our house together with the highest quality of workmanship. Even when things were wrong or fell behind schedule, Luis…
