Jodi was a wonderful designer- she has a great eye for design and everything fit seamless in the end. Keith was an exceptional project manager. His…
This renovation was amazing. Carlos and his team were outstanding. The communication between Carlos and my family was great he kept us updated on everything that was going on and what to expect next. From sales to completion, we experienced professionals that cared about our project but more importantly cared about us. Everyone at DFW Improved was outstanding. We love our remodeled kitchen.
DFW Improved was the second contractor assigned to my restoration claim after the original contractor was fired for poor performance. In every area the first contractor was awful, DFW Improved excelled. Their estimator, Juan, provided an extremely thorough estimate so that we got everything we were entitled to from…
DFW Improved just completed a major renovation of my 19 year old kitchen. Shane was the Project Manager for this job. Honestly, I have to say it was a very good experience from the sale to the design to the implementation and the completion. I was always able to contact Shane by text if needed, and I did text him…
I cannot say enough good things about Josh Merrill at DFW Improved. He was exceptional from start to finish and truly set the standard for what a project manager should be. Our project was the result of a flood in our late 19th century historical home and turned into a reconstruction process that lasted more than a…
I’m very pleased with the pantry remodel completed by DFW Improved. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Jacki Koch, came to meet with us and listened to what we were wanting in our dream pantry. Our designer, Jodi Blosser, provided multiple choices which made it easy to choose…
Jacki, design team and Zander, project manager were exceptional to work with as we re-designed our kitchen. From the initial intake, to the design process, to the selection of hardware, appliances, and then the project plan and timeline, they had a bias for informing, collaborating, listening, and ultimately…
Shane did an incredible job managing more than 10 teams in parallel during the project and accelerating execution to end it in 6 weeks instead of the initial 8 weeks scheduled. We needed of that faster pace on delivery due to some time restrictions we had, so Shane’s role on making that happened was key. Also, I’d…
everything went well. thank you

Shane is to best project manager! He lets us know which trades will be coming each week and what they’ll be doing. Keeps pretty close to schedule and promptly takes care of any issues that arise. We’ve already asked that Shane manage the next project we’ll be doing with DFW Improved!
DFW Improved remodeled our kitchen and parts of our upstairs bathrooms. We are very pleased with the way our kitchen looks. They were very professional and honest. We enjoyed working with all staff from the salesperson, the showroom, the project lead and the contractors. We will definitely use DFW Improved when we remodel our master bathroom.
Excellent Customer Service!! Zander and Heath were assigned to our project and they both were always very responsive and willing to help when needed. We will be back next year to have our bathroom remodeled and will be requesting both Zander and Heath for our remodel. They both went above and beyond and we trusted…

We are so pleased with our new kitchen. Jacki Koch the Sales Consultant and Josh Merrill the Project Mgr were THE BEST !! From the design and selection phase, all the way through construction to finish, we couldn’t have asked for the project to go more smoothly and the final result to be more appealing and satisfactory. Thank you !!
Luis was awesome! He was great to work with. He always called me right back whenever I had a concern and addressed anything that needed attention. I will be remodeling my bath and closet next! I’ll be calling him again.
While the process took longer than planned, I was very happy with the final results. I had my kitchen remodeled, all interior doors/ door hardware replaced, fireplace mantels installed, and painting in the kitchen and living room.
Excellent service by DFWImproved! They are the most responsive, communicative, on-time, outstanding company we've ever worked with in the 15+ years we've spent renovating. They somehow made our kitchen look 2x bigger. They turned our unused dining room into a walk-in pantry. They reconfigured our laundry room. Most…
While researching and interviewing multiple contractors for a full home remodel, it became clear that DFW Improved was the standout choice. What truly differentiated them from others were the people and expertise. Kenneth, our initial sales contact, made us feel comfortable from the start. He led with extensive…
Update: DFW Improved just completed the third renovation project at our home - the kitchen. And like the first two times, we are very pleased with the results. We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with DFW Improved. We have done remodels in the past with other companies, but were always frustrated by how hands on we had to be. Josh went above and beyond managing our project and followed up until every detail was complete. We would definitely work with Josh again in another project!
We found ourselves one of many homeowners left to navigate the world of remodeling after a pipe burst in February 2021. It’s scary trying to find the reputable and ethical when the rip off artists descend after a major disaster. On top of this, I was having serious health concerns. We found DFW and a host of awesome…
SO happy with DFWImproved and Luis in particular. DFW was able to bring my wife’s vision to life and I couldn’t be more grateful. They provided us with a great team, from our engineer Scott, Tiffany on the design team, Luis as our contractor and Debra as our sales person. Luis was always readily available (we used…

DFW Improved remodeled my entire 750sq ft condo: kitchen, bath, bedroom, closet, utility area, living/dining space. Appreciated having a project manager — one person to talk to. Budget was 130k. Jaime in sales and Luis, the project manager, were great to work with - constantly making sure I had…
Anyone who has had major inside home repairs knows it takes a long time to complete. Heath was extremely helpful in negotiating with insurance and helping us understand the process. The key component to completing a major remodel is a project manager who keeps the project on schedule. Shane certainly rose to the…

Brian and Josh did a great job with their team from start to finish completing our kitchen island renovation. The cabinets are of great quality and the job was completed…
We are now about 2 months out from completion of a major home remodel that lasted several months. DFW Improved was fantastic! The first visit by the sales rep Amy, the…

All the crews were experts at their domain and handled my constant barrage of questions with such grace. I highly recommend DFW improved for any remodel need.
We could not be happier with the work DFW did for us.
