Love, love, love my new bedroom suite. It was a pleasure from beginning to end, working with Gabi (producer/designer), Tiffany (designer), Luis (project manager), and the rest of the DFW Improved team. They cared about the details, listened to my feedback, and the end result is a space that gives me great happiness…
We cannot give the DFW Improved team enough praise for helping us remodel our three bathrooms from the 80’s to something we are proud of and enjoy using. From the beginning walkthrough and proposal with Debra, to the design meeting with Tiffany, and the actual construction execution with Kevin, everyone we worked…
DFW Improved recently remodeled my master bathroom and it was an extremely positive experience all the way around. From the initial visit, to the design visit, to sign off day, I always felt valued as a customer. The finished product was as promised and finished on time. The project Manager Jason Q. is the best! His…
We are repeat customers of DFW Improved. From your initial meeting, design session, and the project itself, they take care of you and ensure high quality work. I highly recommend DFW Improved!
We’ve done multiple projects now of varying size. Big project or small, DFW Improved is professional, timely, and helpful. They have a design center with good options for anything you need to be done. We’ve used their in house design team, had them do work with an outside designer. The process was smooth both ways.
DFW Improved was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I appreciated the attention to detail, listening to what I wanted to accomplish within the space, and understanding when I needed to break up the project into phases. Everyone I worked with was excellent with communication, meeting deadlines, and staying on…

I would highly recommend DFW Improved. The quality of work is superior. There was water damage from the bathrooms that required major reconstruction. Garrett Lambert provided the initial bid and was extremely knowledgeable he provided pros and cons for what we were looking to do. Other bids just agree to everything…
We are so happy with DFW Improved. Scott, Klif, and Heath were nothing but exceptional. They set realistic expectations and kept open communication about our project. We are so happy with the work that was completed. Definitely will continue to go with DFW for our home improvement/remodeling needs.
We recently completed a full upstairs remodel with DFW Improved, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with our contractor, Jason Q. From start to finish, Jason went above and beyond in every way possible—more than words can even capture. Jason was always available, no matter how…
Jacki, Shane and the whole DFW Improved team were fantastic to work with as we needed to remodel our 1993 kitchen, update floors, remove popcorn ceilings, and repaint our whole house. From estimate to completion they were with us at every step making it seamless and not stressful! Tiffany made our dream kitchen…
DFW Improved did an excellent and thorough job of remodeling our hallway bathroom. Kenneth Kabell evaluated all that needed to be done and created a detailed contract that specified the tasks with overall cost. Their designer Tiffany Confer was very helpful in picking out the materials at their well-stocked…
I have used DFW Improved for the second time now: remodeling my kitchen. They did such a wonderful job on my master bath that I couldn't resist using them again! I was 2000 miles away on summer vacation when they started the major remodel of my kitchen and they finished on time just before I arrived back home! I…
Klif Hass was our project manager for our painting project. We had popcorn ceilings removed and new texture and paint applied. The work was completed on time in just one week. The trades were neat and clean and skilled. Klif stayed in touch each day to make sure everything stayed in task. Every request was addressed. Very happy with the outcome.
DFW Improved did a fantastic job with our Kitchen Refresh Make-Over! Our Project Manager Josh Merrill did an outstanding job!! He orchestrated the trades seamlessly and his communication with us was great!
My wife and I decided it was time to bring the kitchen up to date. After researching numerous companies, she landed on DFW Improved. DFW Improved was fantastic from start to finish. We had our kitchen cabinets painted with new cabinet doors installed. Josh Merrill was our project manager and he was awesome. He is very detail oriented and he isn’t happy until everything is perfect. I have used DFW Improved for many home projects and he is the best.
DFW Improved was wonderful to work with. I knew who was showing up each day, how long the project would take and a great quality of work. Shane was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him!
We just had our third (3rd) round of work completed by DFW Improved. We have been very pleased with their work each and every time. Amy M. has been on each of those projects with us. She and DFW Improved are excellent at what they do. They show up when they say they will be at your home and communicate during the…
We love the results of our kitchen remodel. The quality of work was excellent, and our project manager Joe M along with the entire sales/design team did a fantastic job communicating with us and delivering our ultimate vision. The new kitchen space has become central to our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you DFWI team.
We found ourselves one of many homeowners left to navigate the world of remodeling after a pipe burst in February 2021. It’s scary trying to find the reputable and ethical when the rip off artists descend after a major disaster. On top of this, I was having serious health concerns. We found DFW and a host of awesome…
James and Luis at DFW improved made our bathroom remodel experience extremely easy and stress free, and we are THRILLED with the final result. Luis kept open communication throughout and they never made us feel like a burden (we are pretty particular). Our only regret is that we didn’t use them for other projects sooner. Thanks guys!
Great work, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Highly recommend. Very impressed with the end product - complete shower refurbish. Friendly staff. Truly a top-notch company! We will use again. P
Everyone was fantastic and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased!
DFW Improved is a good company to do business with. They do what they say they will do, and do it very professionally. Josh is excellent and we enjoyed working with him every day. DFW Improved remodeled my entire 750sq ft condo: kitchen, bath, bedroom, closet, utility area, living/dining space. Appreciated having a project manager — one person to talk to. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the final custom build. First…
Anyone who has had major inside home repairs knows it takes a long time to complete. Heath was extremely helpful in negotiating with insurance and helping us understand the process. The key component to completing a major remodel is a project manager who keeps the project on schedule. Shane certainly rose to the…

DFW Improved did OUTSTANDING work in our home! We had drywall and wooden floor damage due to a leak in our master bathroom. First used DFW Improved several years ago for repairs in an upstair bathroom after a water leak. Small job; great work. Just finished remodel of our kitchen. I had damage from a water leak in the kitchen/living room wall. They did all the repairs, recarpeted the house, painted the bedrooms and retiled two bathrooms. Their work was great and having a dedicated project manager to coordinate all the different disciplines is a huge plus and a weight off my mind. I've had…

DFW was great to work with from start to finish. My home was severely damaged in the Texas Freeze. A builder friend recommended I contact DFW Improved. It was the best decision I could have made. Working with Shane and DFW improved was such a joy! Never thought I’d come out at the end of a remodel and call the process a joy, which speaks volumes. All the crews were experts at their domain and handled my constant barrage of questions with such grace. I highly recommend DFW improved for any remodel need.
We could not be happier with the work DFW did for us. Our project began as an upstairs remodel but expanded in scope to include all new flooring downstairs and a complete kitchen remodel due to a pipe leak. Our sales consultant, Kenneth, was very helpful and patient as we worked with our insurance company.…
Just exceptional! We used dfw improved for an array of internal changes and expansions in our house, and they were easily the most professional and talented company in any industry that has done work in our home. In the middle of the project, we ended up needing to relocate, so their work was seen by many realtors…
I used DFW Improved based on the recommendation of Jim Dutton on the Texas Home Improvement show on WBAP. We had a burst pipe over the garage during snowmageddon last year. They were awesome to work with and the end result was fantastic. Garret came out and did the intial estimate. He treated me with respect and…
Our master bathroom remodeling project was completed today and we are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Shane was our project manager and kept us informed of schedule changes due to the two ice storms in February. He came by or called regularly to check on our project. He is very caring…
Todd James did an excellent job on my home addition. DFW Improved was extremely professional and completed all additions in a timely manner.
Due the freeze of February 2021, we had a water leak and major home damage. Heath & Blake took care of us. It took a while because there were so many people in need at the same time. But all their staff, namely Chris, were great. The work was solid and we are very happy with the results. I'd hire them again in a heart beat.
Shane and DFW Improved did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. It was a full gut job with some unexpected issues along the way but they handled every one of them in stride and kept us on track. The carpenters to the plumbers to the electricians to the tile guys, were all excellent. I work from home so I…
Wonderful experience! Working with Gabi Sperry, Todd James and designer Christy was top notch. They were responsive and listened to my wants and needs. Highly recommend! We had a kitchen and bathroom refresh done. I will be using them for a full master bath remodel in the future!
We just had a complete office redone, split into his and her style. The process was not only on-time, but stuck to the quote and was professional and super easy. Shane was an OUTSTANDING project manager. He was on top of everything, would call us to give a head’s up, stick to the schedule he created and just really was proactive about keeping us in the loop. All the work done was high quality.
you get what you pay for.....this company is not the cheapest BUT, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They take pride in their work and maintain their professionalism throughout the whole process.
DFW Improved did an awesome job. My wife and I are very pleased with our bathrooms that they remodeled. Carlos and his whole crew were professional and did an excellent job. Carlos even kept things running while he was on vacation. We will definitely use DFW Improved again for any future projects.
Great team that works together to give you exactly what you want. We used DFW Improved to enlarge and repaint our kitchen island as well as add pendant lighting. Every step in the process was professional, timely and of the highest quality. Would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend to anyone.
DFW Improved did a great job for us. Luis and his crew were skilled and professional. I am extremely pleased by the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again.
Our home had significant water damage from the Texas winter storm and DFW improved was ready to jump in and help us out. We had an office addition added to our home. This company was fast, responsive and honest. They took care of getting all permits and gave realistic timelines for when work would be performed.
DFW Improved provides outstanding quality at a very fair price. This is the second job DFWI has completed in my home. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, their efforts to minimize dust, and how quickly they get in and out of the job. We were profoundly impressed with Mr. Miguel Perez, project…
Luis Resendez’s work nothing short of fantastic working with us on a 4 month long insurance repair. Luis was an excellent communicator, quickly addressed any concerns we raised, and ultimately put our house together with the highest quality of workmanship. Even when things were wrong or fell behind schedule, Luis…
This was the easiest and in my opinion the best way to get work done in the home. I called to get some paint done in all the bathrooms and the laundry room. I set up an appointment. Jaime Ratzlaff came out and we discussed what I needed done. He listened to my concerns and assured me that they would have no problem…
