Love, love, love my new bedroom suite. It was a pleasure from beginning to end, working with Gabi (producer/designer), Tiffany (designer), Luis (project manager), and the rest of the DFW Improved team. They cared about the details, listened to my feedback, and the end result is a space that gives me great happiness…
DFW Improved provided a room remodel, expanding the existing great room. The workmanship and overall quality was outstanding. The schedule was mostly met, except for some weather delays, that impacted the roof effort. The project manager (Josh) was outstanding, open and frequent communication, attention to detail,…
We are repeat customers of DFW Improved. From your initial meeting, design session, and the project itself, they take care of you and ensure high quality work. I highly recommend DFW Improved!
DFW Improved was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I appreciated the attention to detail, listening to what I wanted to accomplish within the space, and understanding when I needed to break up the project into phases. Everyone I worked with was excellent with communication, meeting deadlines, and staying on…
There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe DFW Improved or Kevin M. But what mattered more than the quality of their work was the amount of care and personal connection they showed. This is an organizational pillar because everyone we worked with demonstrated this: Andrew, Gabi, Tiffany, everyone. We…
We recently worked with DFW Improved on the renovation and remodel of our home, including our kitchen, master bathroom, powder bathroom, new flooring and painting throughout, as well as structural beam placement to replace pillars we had in our downstairs living area. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned…
We are so happy with DFW Improved. Scott, Klif, and Heath were nothing but exceptional. They set realistic expectations and kept open communication about our project. We are so happy with the work that was completed. Definitely will continue to go with DFW for our home improvement/remodeling needs.
We recently completed a full upstairs remodel with DFW Improved, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with our contractor, Jason Q. From start to finish, Jason went above and beyond in every way possible—more than words can even capture. Jason was always available, no matter how…
Luis is incredible! Very smart and has an ability to pay attention to detail and remember every request. We have done an entire house with Luis and I would do it again and again! He is the best contractor! Highly recommend!!
This was the first time we have ever remodeled a house over the past 50 years of home ownership. Zander James was our Construction Manager, and he provided us with a personalized service that was professional, dependable, timely, creative, and consistent. He has a great relationship with the individuals from all the…
Jacki, Shane and the whole DFW Improved team were fantastic to work with as we needed to remodel our 1993 kitchen, update floors, remove popcorn ceilings, and repaint our whole house. From estimate to completion they were with us at every step making it seamless and not stressful! Tiffany made our dream kitchen…
DFW Improved did an excellent and thorough job of remodeling our hallway bathroom. Kenneth Kabell evaluated all that needed to be done and created a detailed contract that specified the tasks with overall cost. Their designer Tiffany Confer was very helpful in picking out the materials at their well-stocked…
I continue to be extremely impressed with the quality of work and DFW Improved's attention to detail. Luis leads the group insuring that all bases are covered and all tasks are checked-off.. They remain extremely flexible to ensure that my personal schedule is taken into account. Again, I whole-heartily recommend…
I have used DFW Improved for the second time now: remodeling my kitchen. They did such a wonderful job on my master bath that I couldn't resist using them again! I was 2000 miles away on summer vacation when they started the major remodel of my kitchen and they finished on time just before I arrived back home! I…
We love the results of our kitchen remodel. The quality of work was excellent, and our project manager Joe M along with the entire sales/design team did a fantastic job communicating with us and delivering our ultimate vision. The new kitchen space has become central to our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you DFWI team.
We found ourselves one of many homeowners left to navigate the world of remodeling after a pipe burst in February 2021. It’s scary trying to find the reputable and ethical when the rip off artists descend after a major disaster. On top of this, I was having serious health concerns. We found DFW and a host of awesome…
James and Luis at DFW improved made our bathroom remodel experience extremely easy and stress free, and we are THRILLED with the final result. Luis kept open communication throughout and they never made us feel like a burden (we are pretty particular). Our only regret is that we didn’t use them for other projects sooner. Thanks guys!
Everyone was fantastic and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased!
DFW Improved is a good company to do business with. They do what they say they will do, and do it very professionally. Josh is excellent and we enjoyed working with him every day. He drew up a schedule we could work to and even though WE tossed in changes along the way he stuck straight to the Schedule and provided…
DFW Improved remodeled my entire 750sq ft condo: kitchen, bath, bedroom, closet, utility area, living/dining space. Appreciated having a project manager — one person to talk to. They made sure the work was done to my satisfaction, but also keeping my expectations realistic. Happy with the results and the customer…
I’d give these guys more than five stars if I could. Our project involved tearing down walls, gutting the kitchen and creating one big great room including new lighting new windows, new cabinets. Budget was 130k. Jaime in sales and Luis, the project manager, were great to work with - constantly making sure I had…
DFW Improved did a great job on our remodel project which included new iron staircase, 2 bathroom and laundry remodels, and new fireplace tile.
I had a great experience with Mario who was always responsive, communicative, and helpful. I had a few small remodeling projects that all turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.
I used DFW Improved for renovation to bathrooms and kitchen flooring. All room turned out fantastic. Josh our project manager was outstanding to work with and kept informed all the time. He resolved everything very quickly. I would definitely recommend them
We worked with DFW Improved over the course of 1.5 years for a whole home renovation and home addition. Big project! Our project manager, Luis R., was professional, responsive, detail oriented and overall a pleasure to work with! We couldn’t be more pleased with how the project turned out!
Great company and team to work with! We've worked with them to remodel our bathrooms and do some interior structural reconfiguration. Love the design sessions with Tiffany- she's very helpful! Shane, the PM, was very responsive and kept things moving along. The work crews were great, too!
This project involved many trades; concrete, framing, electrical, insulation, drywall, tape bed and texture, trim and paint. Shane managed all aspects of the trades and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with end results and would recommend DFW Improved for our friends and…
We are now about 2 months out from completion of a major home remodel that lasted several months. Our home took shape through the expert craft of a fantastic team of three: Gabi, who worked with us through the very difficult steps of figuring out exactly what we wanted in a forever home; Tiffany, whose eye for color…
DFW improved remodeled my kitchen, primary bath and extended hardwoods in first floor. The work done is beautiful! I am very pleased with the results! They stayed on schedule and we’re responsive to my requests.
Working with Mario was phenomenal. Constant contact and communication. Everyone was punctual and everything was completed when they said it would be.
Carlos and his team did a fantastic job remodeling. They stayed on schedule and Carlos was always on top of making sure the workers did their job properly.
Fantastic experience - recommend! Request Ray Rodriguez as your project manager!
The remodel process isn’t exactly fun but working with Luis Resendez made it simple and stress free. Luis was always very responsive, understanding and helpful during my entire remodel project. I’m also very appreciative of all the hard work put into my remodel from all the different specialists involved (demo,…
Absolutely excellent experience with DFW Improved! Our project managers, Luis and Josh, far exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, they were professional and responsive- even responding to our texts on weekends and evenings. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule and our changes throughout the…
We loved working with DFW Improved and in particular our project manager Luis Resendez who was very responsive, flexible, patient and accommodating. Our renovation was due to a water damage insurance claim and Juan (from sales) addressed all questions and requests for documentation with the insurance company. We…
DFW was great to work with from start to finish. We had significant damage to our home from a weather event and DFW did an amazing job restoring our home, making the changes we asked for, and in dealing with our very difficult insurance company. Todd James was our project manager and he was always on top of things,…
My home was severely damaged in the Texas Freeze. A builder friend recommended I contact DFW Improved. It was the best decision I could have made. Everything below 48” in my downstairs had been removed by the demo crew. In came DFW Improved led by my project manager Luis Resendez. He was professional, timely…
Working with Shane and DFW improved was such a joy! Never thought I’d come out at the end of a remodel and call the process a joy, which speaks volumes. All the crews were experts at their domain and handled my constant barrage of questions with such grace. I highly recommend DFW improved for any remodel need.
We could not be happier with the work DFW did for us. Our project began as an upstairs remodel but expanded in scope to include all new flooring downstairs and a complete kitchen remodel due to a pipe leak. Our sales consultant, Kenneth, was very helpful and patient as we worked with our insurance company.…
Just exceptional! We used dfw improved for an array of internal changes and expansions in our house, and they were easily the most professional and talented company in any industry that has done work in our home. In the middle of the project, we ended up needing to relocate, so their work was seen by many realtors…
DFW Improved did our full first floor renovation including the kitchen and one bathroom. They are all Professionals and made the complete process smooth. Luis was our PM and he was excellent. He was always on top of the project making sure the work was done to our satisfaction, letting us know status on every step…
Our master bathroom remodeling project was completed today and we are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Shane was our project manager and kept us informed of schedule changes due to the two ice storms in February. He came by or called regularly to check on our project. He is very caring…
Todd James did an excellent job on my home addition. DFW Improved was extremely professional and completed all additions in a timely manner.
We absolutely love Todd! And all the subs were great as well! If they were going to be running behind and hour or a day, I would get a text to let me know what was going on. Professional and courteous and of course quality workmanship!
The entire process from the jump was a money grab and I will never make the mistake of hiring them again. We received our original proposal. The proposal was above our budget, so we asked for a different proposal with a much smaller scope. After comparing the two proposals, we elected to stretch for the larger…
Shane and his DFW Improved crew are simply the best. Quality, professional, punctual and outstanding skill and service.
Very impressed with the level of communication and responsiveness provided by DFW Improved! We had DFW Improved do office expansion and build wet bar on our 2nd floor. Blake is the best project manager I've ever seen. He tried his best to meet our expectation and requirement during the whole process. Salesman Gary…
My experience with DFW Improved has been nothing short of excellent. We had flooding in our house from burst pipe during the big Texas freeze of February 2021. The weeks and months that followed were chaotic in entire DFW with labor and material shortages. Jaime was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing…
We hired DFW Improved to remodel (update) our kitchen. Immediately we were impressed with the detail and design ideas to enhance our kitchen. From paper to reality, our job turned out fabulous. Of course, like everything during this Covid-19 world, we had some delays with all of our appliances, few cabinetry issues…
Shane and DFW Improved did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. It was a full gut job with some unexpected issues along the way but they handled every one of them in stride and kept us on track. The carpenters to the plumbers to the electricians to the tile guys, were all excellent. I work from home so I…
Wonderful experience! Working with Gabi Sperry, Todd James and designer Christy was top notch. They were responsive and listened to my wants and needs. Highly recommend! We had a kitchen and bathroom refresh done. I will be using them for a full master bath remodel in the future!
Professional team that met all expectations and deadlines. I will do another project with them. Carlos and Jason were easy to work with!
We just had a complete office redone, split into his and her style. The process was not only on-time, but stuck to the quote and was professional and super easy. Luis stayed in constant communication, always setting expectations of the next step and when someone was arriving. The rooms look better than expected.…
John Jones was a great project manager and made sure our home was done just like we wanted it. Even with bumps along the way he handled everything in a professional manner and made sure we were happy.
Shane did a great job coordinating a difficult project that started off late because of COVID and late delivery of bathroom fixtures. He answered questions and was very responsive throughout the life of the project. If/when we do the next remodel, I will be sure to ask for Shane.
You get what you pay for. While a little on the pricier side (which they are upfront about), they do an excellent job of seeing the job through to the finish, and their work comes out stunning. We were impressed with their professionalism, care about the quality of their work, attention to detail, and continued…
Never used a contractor before and was not sure what to expect. There were some delays in materials which can happen given the current situation. However, the timeline was not impacted. My questions and concerns were responded to in a timely matter. All in all it was a good experience and my bathroom is wonderful.…
I had a total remodel of my master bedroom and bath. It turned out fantastic, and Luis was wonderful - always keeping me up to date on what would be happening each day. I really appreciated the organized approach. The team did an excellent job on each detail - tear down, rebuild, plumbing, tile, paint, stone, etc.…
Great team that works together to give you exactly what you want. We used DFW Improved to enlarge and repaint our kitchen island as well as add pendant lighting. Every step in the process was professional, timely and of the highest quality. Would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend to anyone.
At DFW Improved, I work with project manager Carlos Bello. He is very nice and professional. Everyone that came to work on my bathroom remodel were friendly and professional too. Thanks to Guillermo, the punch list guy for remaining items and to Health in Sales and Kristie in design for your help in my project.
