Customers frequently praise the staff for being helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, particularly regarding international shipping procedures and package tracking. Many note the location is convenient, often uncrowded, and offers competitive pricing compared to other carriers. However, several low-rated reviews highlight significant issues with package loss, incorrect delivery attempts, and unresolved billing disputes, indicating that while in-store service is generally positive, the broader shipping process can be unreliable.
