Excellent service, this DHL branch is fantastic.
For years in Center City Philadelphia, we never had a DHL shipping location. We always have FedEx and other vendors. Unfortunately, they do not have direct services to the country we need them to send our packages to. When we found out that Arvind and Vee opened up a shipping location here, we were excited because now we don't have to deal with delays and lost packages. Their customer service is always prioritized rather than the shipping services itself. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm welcome and smile on their faces. Same with when we walked out, they smiled and waved to us. They're treating the store as if a family business rather than a corporation. We will continue use their services. Thank you for opening up a location near our businesses. PS: ignore the comments on the delays of shipping services, etc because that is NOT the store's problem as it is customs issue and they're always having issues due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and what was sent. Customs may delay your shipment due to undeclared items. That's your fault, not theirs.
