Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating

Scott was great! He checked my outside units and attic. He showed me an electrical device of the downstairs unit that failed and fixed the problem!. Thanks Scott!

David and Brian came by the house to install my new unit; in the attic and outside unit. Finished in good timing. Both professional and courteous. Answered any and all questions. Ian and Emmit the same. Of course I've had many dealings with Emmit......awesome young man. The crew represented Dial One greatly. If…

Emmitt is the best. Kept me informed the whole time on what was going on. Said his team would be here by 7:30am and were early and were able to get started early. Great people at Dial 1. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC/plumbing.

We first started using Dial One in the fall of 2025 when they installed a new AC unit under our house. Since then, they've been great to work with on the AC & plumbing side. From the wonderful receptionists, Ashley and Marissa, to the technicians we've had, Jose and James, the whole team and their work has been…

Jose, was fantastic very engaging and informative about the service call kept me aware of his status and issues that needed to be addressed with the repair.

Jose called and let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled, which was excellent. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Top service.

We have an annual maintenance contract with Dial One which is well worth the money. Today we had an HVAC problem which was very difficult to diagnose. The technician, Jose, did an awesome job and stayed with it until he fixed the problem.

Alan is always very knowledgeable and does and knows exactly how to make everything right

Joseph was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, personable & was great explaining everything in great detail. Will be recommending Joseph & Dial One Plumbing to friends & neighbors.
