I do not recommend this organization for any future home buyers. I suggest evaluating your options prior to proceeding forward with Diamond Home LLC. Lack of customer services skills and finding a resolution for their home buyers along with the vague warranty contractural language that will costs you significantly down the road. Please be aware and take your business elsewhere. For further context the house was purchased 1 1/2 year ago.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the item submitted for warranty review was beyond the warranty coverage deadline, as outlined in the documentation provided at the time of contract signing and at closing. Our warranty policies are in place to ensure fair coverage for all clients, and unfortunately, we are unable to address issues outside of these terms. Should you have any further questions or wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us. We value your feedback.
