My car broke down and I couldn't drive it, but I got help. Mr. JOE from this company came and tried to assist me. But because the basement was too low to load, and my English wasn't very good, he was very helpful, guiding me and calling my insurance company to get me a different car truck, no charge at all. I…
Roberto Garcia was the best in service, care, compassion, patience, communication, and follow through. Will request him and zdick’s every time going forward. He helped me with my dead Tesla and went above and beyond to show me every step along the way.

If you need an exotic car towed or rather, flat-bedded (in case of a breakdown or accident), I highly recommend Roberto. Very experienced and trustworthy in handling high end exotic vehicles and super cars. With him, you are in safe hands. Will do business with him again (though I sincerely hope I don’t have to!).
Roberto Garcia did a great job towing my Tesla Model 3 after it got T-boned. It's always reassuring to know that there are people who are willing to help in a time of need. He knows what he is doing and towed the Tesla which had shut itself after the accident. The 12V boattery was also shut off.

The dispatcher at Dick’s Towing knew exactly what I needed when I asked if they’d be able to tow a “project” race car. She had a flat bed and their best operator at my driveway within a half hour. Michael must have misheard me when I said “lemons”, he loaded up my old BMW as if it was a million dollar Le Mans…
