I would be honored to send a shout out to our technician Kody! We had been using another pest company and were still having issues with outside roaches. We changed to Direct hit pest control and within a very short time they were gone. Kody is very observant and diligent in his job and always goes the added miles. To his bosses you are blessed to have him!
Great job with Cody. He is my go to guy for pest control!
Cody and his team are amazing. Been using them for more than 20 years. Rarely have issues with pests and if something pops up they take care of it immediately. Even cleaned the cobwebs and treated around our sandbox for the grandkids!!

Damian at Direct Hit is our service tech and he is AMAZING. He's prompt, friendly and works with a purposes but always take a minute to ask if we've noticed anything new and at the end give a quick verbal report as well as a written receipt. Super professional and incredibly reliable to do a great job.

I always receive great service from Brandon and Direct Hit. They always send a text reminder that they are coming prior to arriving. Their service has resolved our insect issues. I had a boxelder bug issue once and they came out and sprayed and I havent had an issue in two years. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Direct Hit is very professional and helpful! They won’t push services on you but will respond to all of your concerns. I’ve used their services for many years and have been highly satisfied.
Thank you guys for the excellent service you provide. I appreciate how knowledgeable my technician Brandon is and always so professional and friendly.
Direct Hit Pest Control has been servicing my house for many years. Brandon always greets me with a smile. He's good at explaining issues without talking down to me. Before he leaves, he will ask if I have any questions or need anything else. The office staff is great, too. When I've called with a concern, they address it ASAP.
Direct Hit is amazing! They are super professional and great at what they do. They also care enough to text me before my appointment so that if the baby is sleeping, I can put the dogs in the other room so they don’t wake her up when they get here. Just great people all around.
