I always receive great service from Brandon and Direct Hit. They always send a text reminder that they are coming prior to arriving. Their service has resolved our insect issues. Direct Hit Pest Control has been servicing my house for many years. Brandon always greets me with a smile. He's good at explaining issues without talking down to me. Before he leaves, he will ask if I have any questions or need anything else. The office staff is great, too. When I've called with a concern, they address it ASAP.
