Just switched mechanics, and I have really enjoyed working with them. Did transmission work and routine oil changes here.

Really nice, honest people here. Employees were friendly and helpful when in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were fast and through. I will be back.
I came in with broken CV axles and had no idea why they had failed only three months after I had them installed here. Israel, the store manager, took the time to actually diagnose the root cause. It turned out the struts another shop had installed were the wrong ones for my vehicle, and he walked me through exactly why that was destroying my axles and why it would keep happening.
He replaced the broken CV axles under warranty even though he was not obligated to, which saved me hundreds right off the bat. Then he gave me an excellent deal on the correct struts, helped me address a few other issues with the car, and laid out financing options so I could decide what made sense for me. At every step he explained what was going on instead of just handing me a bill. I knew my car was in competent hands.
To top it off, he sent me out with a complimentary voucher for a free oil change.
My car was genuinely unsafe to drive before I came in, and I left with it fixed and with a clear understanding of what had gone wrong. Israel, I appreciate all the work and all the help, brother. You are incredible. Thank you.
You have a customer for life.

I was so happy that I stumbled into their new shop and will definitely be back for their service. Israel gave me great customer service when I asked him for NAPA auto parts directions, and I was really glad to have found him and this new shop.
