great service was in and out quick with a new set of tires for a good price will be back!

Great experience! Had an unexpected and poorly timed (of course) tire issue and the team was great, immediately diagnosed and had me quickly out the door with a fix. I walked away with a fixed tire and a new trusted spot to get regular maintenance!

They were fast, professional, and helped me identify what was a priority and what was a necessity. Excellent service. Thank you!

This place is great! My new go to place for tires and auto service.

Good service and excellent price and fast service

Fast and friendly service. No appointment made and was done 30 minutes faster than said. Great Job everyone. Will be back and recommend you guys!

Customer service is great, pricing is best in town.

Pedro was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and is extremely competent.

We came to Discount Tire Center in Ventura after first having made an appointment by phone. The the entire experience was great. They educated me on the tires offered great discounts. Though we arrived early, they attended us right away. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommend. 👌

Pedro was the whole reason I came to this location today from Camarillo. His phone etiquette and patience in helping me decide the best product to choose without being judgmental. When I arrived at the location he was just as helpful and very good at his job. I would recommend this location to everyone and will be… Read full review

Excellent and fast service.

Fast, thorough, friendly. Recommend!

The in store experience was fine. It’s after I drove away that I didn’t like. I had one tire replaced and we were leaving on a road trip immediately after the tire install. Left shop, went to get gas and I had a low tire warning. I figured they just didn’t air the tire enough. Filled it and set out on the road. Next… Read full review

Great experience, Israel have great knowledge.

I visited this shop on September 29 to have my tire repaired. They removed the tire, located the nail, and then informed me that the tire was not repairable and I would have to buy a new tire at a cost of about $500. The nail was in the middle of the tire, and there was plenty of tread left on my tires. They… Read full review

Awesome service Fast and reliable

Quick service!

Excellent service. Fast and friendly. Got a screw in my tire and they fixed it in 30 min. Much better than waiting 3 hrs up the street at another tire shop. Come here for quick and quality service. And the new store manager Israel is super helpful

Quick, Efficient and Israel is the best!!

Customer service was great! They were very helpful over the phone and in person and got me in quick. Would come again.

Great customer service! These guys got my tires and oil/filter ordered and delivered inside 2 hours, and then got my oil changed, tires installed, and wheels aligned same day! The best around!

I had a great experience here! The shop was very clean and the service was excellent. I had the chance to be helped out by Israel, who let me know he is the new store manager. He was super helpful, upfront about pricing and got me taken care of quickly. You can tell he really cares about the shop and the customers. Highly recommend this location!

Quick free tire rotation

Nice workers always willing to help and acknowledge customers. Pedro helped me out great customer service found out my wants and needs for my car and serviced me quickly will return for future service!

I will continued to take my vehicles to Discount tires. They are honest and prices can’t be beat. I have taken both my vehicles to the Ventura location and the gentleman who has always helped me, has always been honest and given me lower prices then the competitors.

Great friendly service I'm impressed & the waiting area is very comfortable 👌

Fast friendly service and a fair price.

The price was great and the service was top notch. I only wish they would have been a little more precise in estimating the completion time. I was there one hour longer than stated, but given the service and price, it was not a bad trade off.

BFG A/T fan ! Great tire shop with excellent service.

I highly recommend this discount tires location. Everyone is friendly and I was help by Pedro Chavez. He was able to get me a good price on 4 tires and was able to balance them. They did recommend some other issue that I was aware of but I was not ready to address that. It good that they are on top of making sure… Read full review

Best tire shop in the area! Pedro’s customer service was amazing. Answered every question I had. Oscar gave me great pricing on tires and also had great customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

I took my car in when it was leaking air. I was quickly checked in and the gentleman behind the front counter was very kind. They were pretty busy so I waited my turn and wasn’t charged for the patch. My tire is back to normal and I will definitely be back when it’s time to replace my tires.

Would tell all my friends, Pedro is I great employee for this business. Great personality very knowledgeable
