All the staff here were friendly and professional. It is a very busy store so I recommend you do everything online and/or call the (888) number they reference vs calling the store directly. Make an appointment and things will be quick, otherwise, it will take a while.

I recently had new tires purchased and installed at this location. Service was timely. The prices were good. The lobby is lovely and the people were friendly. Definitely recommend as a place to get new tires

Good customer service and communication, friendly, clean and fixed a hole in my tire at no cost.

Certificates sold under false statement they were good for 10 years. Refused to provide written copy of certificate. Failed to provide tire registration card as required by law. Over inflated tires 6-10 lbs. Left off 2 valve stem caps. Waited an hour after I arrived for my booked online appointment before they began work on vehicle.

Waited an hour and a half and multiple people walked in and left before me. Not sure why I was treated differently when they asked for the same service and were walk ins but I won't be using this company again

They checked and fixed a tire that was extremely low for free. That literally may save my life on the road. Thank you Harrison, Brady, and Davis (I hope I got your names right).

I took my vehicle in for a vibration. They did a spin balance and road force test. They said that they found nothing. I asked them to check again specifically RR tire. I had a tire pop and flatten. Luckily discount tire was close by. Heber was extremely helpful with getting my car in line for a new tire. I will be a customer of theirs from now on.

Fixed us up and got us back on the road.

Employees are polite, kind and fast. I went in for a flat and in desperate need of a new set of tires. The tire was not fixable and the tires I wanted wasn't in stock. They replaced the tire with a used one they had on hand to get me by until mine arrived. They don't charge for flat repairs or tire rotations. Excellent customer service.

They really helped me out! I hit a curb at the Walmart and drove over here on a rim and totally deflated tire. They were able to get me a new tire and help me out! It took a few hours but I don’t care, I’m really grateful. Jake was very nice and very professional. Thank you Jake!

Bryce at the overland location was kind, responsive & super helpful. He took time on a busy Saturday to walk through and solve a big tire problem for us after we had come up short and been treated poorly at Point S on Vista.

I brought in some new sand tires for my UTV, to get mounted on bead grip rims, and they did an awesome job. The new tires were kind of squashed still from shipping, and they put in a bunch of time on one of the tires to get the bead to finally take, and didn't charge me extra. Friendly, and a great team! I have been a long-time customer of both Discount Tire and America's Tire for many years. This is not due to blind loyalty but the fact that I am always treated well, the service has never been anything but great, and at a very reasonable value at ALL locations. For the past three years, this specific store has been my go-to for tires, etc.

Got new tires here and it was a good experience. Strange to buy the tires online beforehand but it went smoothly.
