Discount Tire

Quick service and friendly staff!

The employees have no sense of urgency and very little respect for their clients time

Blake and Steven are fantastic managers and paladin was extremely detailed and helpful. I will never go anywhere else, they're the best in chatt! They fixed my flat in no time at all. Would recommend them to anyone!

Let your yes mean yes. Be honest about your wait times.

From the moment they pick up the phone, theyre lieing to you about the service times. I showed up at 1030am, they told me it would be 2 hours, at 1230 i asked them how many people were ahead of me, they said only 2. It is now 2pm and im still waiting for my car, they bring out some old lig nuts like replacing them… Read full review

Very busy this Saturday! Rotate & balance.

Very thorough. Carefully measured, evaluated and explained everything.

Store is managed by Blake. The entire team works without ceasing to get you taken care of. The guarantee offered replaces a damaged tire with a new one if it can’t be fixed. They offer military discount. The inside waiting area is clean ame pleasant. Discount Tire app lets you set an appointment to save waiting, if… Read full review

I can never say enough good things about the customer experience and flow of service here. From the moment you pull in to the moment you leave, you are well cared for. They'll beat anyone's price, their warranty is great, and the teamwork is top notch. Thank you for always taking such great care of our family.

They were extremely busy on a Monday late morning. Alex was very helpful and not pushy about selling me expensive tires. Told me it would take about 2 hours, but I was done within 1.5 hours. Not bad.

I recently visited the Hixson tn discount tire for tire balance on my older tires, they informed me they were over 10 years old and it wasn't save to balance older tires with weather cracking so with their help I purchased the correct tire for my corvette and man dies that bette handle much better now, a great… Read full review

Blake and his guys once again did a fantastic job!! That’s why I only deal with Blake! His guys are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and buddy they will have you in and out faster than a fart in the wind!! Just keeping it real.

Blake and his team are the absolute best. They go the extra mile in customer service and stand behind their promises. My husband takes care of 5 of our family’s cars and will only go here with the cars. We have used them for many years and the excellence in customer service is the best. We even have had the need to… Read full review

This Discount Tire location gives excellent service, has very knowledgeable staff and makes sure you are a happy customer. Christian was extremely helpful and very pleasant and easy to work with, I highly recommend this location!

Ordered a new set of tires. Arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment and I was taken care of immediately. All employees very kind & respectful.

Always honest, professional and friendly. I’ve purchased 2 sets of tires from these folks and will continue when needed. The manager, Blake, is very helpful in recommending the best tires based on personal driving conditions and tire value.

We bring all our vehicles here. Great shop. Schedule an appointment and you are in and out!!

Prices are good but don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle. Might not be there when you get it back.

Very kind and helpful staff

I had a terrible experience with this shop. The tires they sold me were supposed to last around 45,000 miles, but they were worn out after only 5,000 miles. Instead of standing behind their product, they tried to blame me and expected me to pay for another set of tires. when they found out it was not my car they put… Read full review

called in early to ask if they had replacement tires, they said they had the one i needed and that it would be $85. we go down there to replace it and after an inspection was done they said we needed to immediately replace another tire. (all of my other tires are newer and barely have any ware and tare on them). we… Read full review

These folks did a great job on my last visit. Had new tires, balance, and alignment completed. All in about an hour…would definitely recommend for others. 👍🏻

Very friendly group of guys. Helped me find the right tires for my Tacoma and Impreza.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Everyone was super nice! They have the best prices anywhere around! They even told me a few things that's wrong with my car that needs to be fixed but it wasn't so they can make money, it was a few things they don't even work on that could've seriously injured me if I kept driving it without fixing it!

Like any place that has good service they were very busy. You have to be patient

A very seamless and easy place. They have a messaging app where they send you a time when your vehicle will be ready. No guessing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Great to work with! Good prices.

I'm not from here, but when I came in with tire problems they took care of me quickly. Excellent customer service.

Store was super busy. Had a flat tire. Son had purchased tires here and insurance. Didn't have to do anything. They took the car back, repaired the tire, and I was on my way. No out of pocket expense.

Do not trust these places. I took my Tesla model 3 for a tire repair. They claimed it had 4 holes and my 500$ tire with only 15k miles would need replaced but the would give me a free nitto tire since they didn't have a replacement. I asked to see the holes and he shows me 3 and can't find the 4th. 2 of these… Read full review

The team at Discount Tire in Hixson is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else if I need wheels or tires.

My husband took my car here after I had gotten a ridiculous inspection and estimates somewhere else. We loved their professional work and cost.

In and out in less than an hour as promised. No complaints.

Handled everything online and then showed up for service. Store easy and quick.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years. We haven't needed tires since we moved to the area 2 years ago but knew when we needed them this is where we would go. Blake, the Store Manager, was the one assisting us and went above and beyond. He is a straight… Read full review

Great prices and great service.

Excellent management (Blake) and very well trained staff. Quality work for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a slow tire leak. They inspected the tires, repaired the tire with the leak and rotated all 4 tires at no cost to me. Thank you very very much!

Could not ask for better service! I have been doing business with Discount Tire for years and will continue to do so. Great staff!

Lathen Huff is so great we got a flat and he went out of his way to help us it was cold and I had both of my kids in the car. I was very stressed. he changed my tier and put the spare on for me and referred me to your shop. I ended up getting a new tire unfortunately but wow what an awesome person!

Awesome customer care

This place is great. 3 vehicles and 3 sets of tire. The store manager, Blake, and his team never disappoint. I got 4 new tires today. I had an appointment at 9:45am. Car rolled into the bay at 9:48. Car rolled out 11 mins later with new balanced tires. Amazing.

Great customer service and they are very friendly. Resolved my lawn mower tire issue in a short time.

Blake and his crew at discount tires are the best. While I have shopped around many times, I've never found a better deal or better service than I have at this store.

Quick, efficient and friendly. Good prices

These guys have really good customer service. Picked up the phone immediately, accurate wait time estimates, no upsells I didn’t need. Good prices. Ben and Steven were the folks I worked with. Very impressed by the team.

Great price, friendly employs and fastest service I have personally experienced!

Had 4 tires installed on a van. Very professional and good service. Highly recommended.

Had my car serviced twice recently. First time was to fix a leak and balance and rotate tires. Had an appointment and even though the store was slammed I was out within 30 minutes of my appointment. Second time was to have an alignment done after front suspension components were replaced. Ryan did a great job and car now drives like new.

I’ve been coming to this Discount Tire location for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else for tires! Blake is always incredibly friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. He explained everything super clearly and gave us several options without any pressure. I ended up getting a brand new full set of tires… Read full review

I won’t be buying tires from this place ever again!

Very impressed with the service here. It’s the type of service where you know you’ll be back. I only stopped in for a tire repair but they were fantastic. So many places barely help you if you’re not spending a lot of money. Next time I need tires, I’ll definitely buy from here. Thank you for a REAL estimated time and for great service.

Why was my truck released with the tire pressures 40, 35, 37, and 34 showing low pressure!

Great experience! They repaired my tire and it’s perfect now. Fast service—I was in and out in just 30 minutes! The staff is honest, polite, and they didn't try to push unnecessary services. I highly recommend this place!

Not only matched but beat the best price I was able to find. Great experience all around.

Went in for a screw in my tire. Gentleman at the counter got me squared away and said it'd be 1 to 1.5 hrs. It was very busy so I was prepared to wait. Tech came out 45 mins later, tire was plugged, aired up and ready to go. Both individuals I spoke to were very polite and friendly.

Always in and out in no time. Many of there services are no charge!!

Blake and his crew are top notch! We’ll definitely be back. I also spoke with a lot of happy customers during my time there today

Took me in on a quick fly tire change. They got me right on in and took care of me to the best of their ability! Blake the manager and Benjamin one of the workers did a great job for me. Recommend them hands down!

This location needs to find a way to cut customer wait time.

I have Purchased 2 set of tires here!

Hixson location was extremely busy but the staff was well trained and the overall operation ran very smoothly. The only criticism I have is that the company does not offer nitrogen.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon after I got a screw in my tire. Ended up needing 4 new tires due to severe wear. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service was top notch and so fast. They had me in and out in under 40 minutes. Blake and Connor were great, very thorough, kind and a pleasure to work with.

Great service. Fast and efficient.

Tire Service was amazing. Blake and his staff are very fair and do all they can to assist.

Great service and good prices. They've earned their good reputation. If there are any glitches, they quickly resolve them with the customer's satisfaction their primary concern.

Thomas, Aiden and Corey made it happen today. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. Should have had to reschedule for another day but their work around was flawless. I’m highly impressed with how calm and professional everyone was. High five guys!

Excellent customer service. Blake if the great.

Staff is always easy to deal with.

Absolute worst service overcharged, lied and damaged my wheels that were purchased from them I asked for a refund they denied. I had to purchase new wheels to get a vibration out of my steering wheel. They did not refund me for the original wheels and then they tried to steal them. The work was terrible. No one… Read full review

I made an appointment so they could have the tires I needed brought over. They sent them the wrong tires. The manager made it right with better tires for no additional money. I had to wait an extra 1-1/2 hours but that wasn’t a problem. I didn’t complain as things happen. The only reason for the 4 star is because… Read full review

very nice people, very honest and helpful! Highly recommend!

My family was on the way to pick up a birthday cake for my sons birthday party when we heard flapping noises. We discovered that one of our tires was delaminating and another had a nail in it. I called Tire Discounters and they hung up on me. I called Discount Tire and they welcomed us as a walk in, asessed the car,… Read full review

I had an exceptionally good experience at Discount Tire in Hixson on Hwy 153. I worked with Blake Hinsley to get the tires I had decided on for my Panamera, despite them being a slightly odder staggered size. Beyond Blake, every other employee I dealt with (Brennan, I believe, and I cannot remember the tech's name -… Read full review

Great service for tires, except for the alignment. Takes forever… it’s free with tires next door.

I’ll start off by saying they did a really good job with the new tires I got. I gave the worker my keys assuming I would receive my vehicle back in the same condition as it was in along with new tires. When I went up to the desk the worker told me my car had been hit in the parking lot. When I went up to look at it… Read full review

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do good work, but need to prioritize in-store customers over phone-in customers. It unnecessarily extends the length of time the service will take just getting to the counter because you’re waiting for them to get off the phone. I recommend them, but generally expect a longer time than estimated.

My daughter was broke down 3 miles away from the Hixson store and Blake along with Ayden went above and beyond to help get her back on the road! That was huge for me and greatly appreciated! I can’t thank you enough guys!

I was ready to leave a bad review today. They have always treated me right and I just knew today was they day they would get me. Unfortunately, they proved to be the best once again. Best deal in town! Great job!
