Blake and Steven are fantastic managers and paladin was extremely detailed and helpful. I will never go anywhere else, they're the best in chatt! They fixed my flat in no time at all. Would recommend them to anyone!
Michael helped me get 4 new tires , and an alignment for my car. He was very patient with me and helped walk me through all my options so that I could get back to driving around town safely again. Very grateful for a good experience here today, highly recommend!

I showed up at 1030am, they told me it would be 2 hours, at 1230 i asked them how many people were ahead of me, they said only 2. It is now 2pm and im still waiting for my car, they bring out some old lig nuts like replacing them…

I generally buy all of my tires from Discount Tire as I have a fleet of vehicles. I don't like how they will take a tire off the rim and then try to tell you it can't be repaired so now I asked him to tell me right up front if they can repair it. Today I stopped to have a nail removed and the tire repaired. The tire that I wanted repaired although it was somewhat worn it still had plenty of tread and it wasn't dangerous I was just trying to get ahead of a leak. The kid that came out and looked at it told me that he couldn't do the repair after he scanned all of my tires and told me it was on the margin. He tried to convince me that it would be faster to replace all four tires than just doing a repair anyway. I don't know what his motivation was because he said he doesn't work on commission but it was clearly a sales job. I drove over to another Discount Tire and they are currently making the repair. This isn't the first time I've been dissatisfied with the Hixson Discount Tire. One time my wife went there to have a tire repaired and they told her that it needed to be replaced and that they couldn't replace just one they would have to replace the entire set. After they found out that they had the certificates on the vehicle they ended up replacing only a single Tire. I will avoid them in the future.

Only $50 and i would have spent $600 just to get him to shut the hell up and do his job. Thanks for wasting my time, lowering the price of tires doesnt keep me from noticing that its taking you a whole day to swap out two tires. Dont use this establishment if you have any plans for your day
