Customers frequently praise the staff's friendliness, technical knowledge, and ability to handle emergencies or tight schedules efficiently. Services include tire replacement, rotations, alignments, and pressure checks, often noted for reasonable pricing and quick turnaround times. However, recurring criticisms involve aggressive upselling of unnecessary parts, scheduling delays where promised appointment times are missed, and instances of vehicle damage such as bent rims or subframes during service.

Had tire blowout and got replacement wheel rims/tires on my Challenger from here. Drew and Ethan from Discount Tire were VERY professional. I have had rough experiences with tire places in the past so having those two that were so quick with helping me with this was a blessing. Man give them a raise!!
Any wait times they were upfront about it and I was in and out at a very reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend this location.
