Discount Tire

Great store experience with knowledgeable staff. Thanks for making this tire purchase easy and worry free!

Great experience! Excellent customer service.

I had my first free rotation. Service was quick and efficient and very friendly. I recommend Discount Tire to anyone who needs tires and windshield wipers. Wipers were less expensive than auto parts store and they installed

they damaged my rim with deep gouge but no one confessed to it.

Great service, as expected from Discount Tire! From the initial air check through the purchase of new tires, the staff did a great job! Clean and efficient, you will be treated well at this Discount Tire location!

I had a tire repaired, alignment, and wipers replaced. The service was speedy and done at a great price. I would definitely recommend this Discount Tire location.

Had tire blowout and got replacement wheel rims/tires on my Challenger from here. Drew and Ethan from Discount Tire were VERY professional. I have had rough experiences with tire places in the past so having those two that were so quick with helping me with this was a blessing. Man give them a raise!! Any wait… Read full review

Had a flat during a cross country vacation. Daniel answered our call, said they would wait for us, and he and the other Discount guys stayed late to help get us back on the road. Great guys to work with, highly recommended!! Thanks Daniel

Daniel, Corey, and Ethen went above and beyond for me. They were TECHNICALLY closed, but I had an emergency. They took care of me without question. Unnecessarily good customer service, and made $600 for the company. Pay them more, they deserve it.

They were awesome for the most part and the tires were a really good deal. The only reason I left office star is that when I dropped off the vehicle, we were told it could be ready possibly by 3:30. We returned from having lunch and they hadn't even taken it in yet. But once they did get it in there, it only took… Read full review

They always take great care of my girl! Thanks to Corey, he was a rockstar & helped me with everything I needed. 10/10

Service was fast and easy, staff were polite and professional

I have always had a good experience at this store. The techs are very professional and proficient with their time. I never see any of them not working or cleaning up the shop. A++

Edit: Ethan called me the same day I posted my review and explained what had happened. I returned to have my tires installed, and he made things right. I really appreciated the effort to address the issue—great customer service this time around! Terrible experience. I was initially told by the system that the wait… Read full review

I was sent to this store by a competitor because I had a hole in my tire which needed replacement. Discount Tires could get my unusual tire in stock before the other store could. Corey worked with me from start to finish to make sure I was taken care of, and he was super patient, helpful, and communicative as I was… Read full review

Highly recommend this location! I called many shops this morning and everyone I spoke with acted like I was an inconvenience to them. When I called Discount Tires, Ethan took my call and was very helpful and had me swing by to check out my tires. I knew these tires were in bad shape … but Ethan was able to help me… Read full review

Corey and the entire team at Discount Tire did a great job getting me and my vehicle taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Limited wait time. Excellent service. Went for the recommended tire rotation on tires I bought earlier this year. Free.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The team is always fantastic and Extremely helpful. They get the job done quick as well.

Drew and John are an asset to the team! They took great care of my tire that needed patching and got it done fast

Outstanding as always!!!

Have come here for all of my tire problems . This place is top notch. Drew, Ethan, and Zane were especially helpful with getting the rear tire on my frontier plugged in a timely manner. Will be coming back for new tires

Excellent people and service. I go there if I have a problem or need tire service and have never been disappointed

Store manager John was great. I needed tires for an RV trailer that we had just purchased. Being from out of state and the conundrum we were in, I brought him the old wheels and he hooked us up with new tires. Thanks again.

I scheduled a rotation and balance for my wife's car. The whole process was quick and easy. That's why I've used Discount Tire since 1987.

Nice folks and do good work once your in. Appointments are encouraged however are nor respected.

Great experience. Courteous, informed, helpful staff. Speedy service. Recommend making an appointment in advance. It does keep wait time to a minimum

Great place to buy tires. Reasonable cost and helpful employees!

Pulled into the Gunbarrel Rd location to inquire about tires @11.30. Immediately saw the threads & realized I needed help. Ethan went right to work & had me back on the road in about an hour. These guys get it done.

Been here a few times, very professional very friendly quick. They also ask lots of questions if you need any questions, Answered they explained everything that’s going on several times making sure there was nothing else I needed just very professional totally would recommend this place

Great store very courteous and professional

The service personnel was very polite. I was given a time that my service would be completed.

The most pleasant tire buying experience I’ve ever had. As a former manager for a competing tire company, I didn’t get this kind of service from my own people

Purchased several sets of pick up and trailer tires. Competative pricing + install, and follow up balancing as needed = no problem

Honestly loved the customer service Ryan provided. Bought tires online at Walmart and they could not install them due to the weight of the truck (7,000lbs) and they could not install them one by one so Walmart recommended I go to Discount Tire and I feel like that was the best help they had given me since first… Read full review

Amazing service!! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. John was very informative and made sure I got back on the road safely! Thank you to John and the rest of the team!

My experience is that allow more time than quoted.

Excellent, professional service.

Fast and courteous service was in and out with 4 new tires in less than 45 minutes love my new tires it makes it ride like a new car

This is one of the best Discount Tires shop in the states. I’ve used Discount Tire for over 20 years and this is the cleanest, most professional store I’ve used. From Ryan greeting me, to Stetsons update, and the rest of the crew (Ethan & Dennis) checking on me as I waited. The store manager, John Rose, closed me… Read full review

I took my cybertruck here to have all 4 wheels/tires replaced. I worked through email (I prefer that) with Corbin W. to get what I want ordered. The price of $3,500 was reasonable and fair. They moved the TPMS over from old tires and in doing so did some minor damage to one of my stock tires. I brought it back… Read full review

I was having a day, which is always the case when you have a flat (fighting a cold and rushing to make school pickup). John managed to make this undesirable circumstance into a pleasant one. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire in Chattanooga! I’m a native Tennessean in from Los Angeles on business when I realized I needed new tires and wheels before my cross-country drive back west. Ethan was a total pro from the second I walked in. He took the time to show me every option and gave me a great… Read full review

Awesome Experience

Corey was the sales rep at Discount Tires on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga, TN. He was fantastic and so knowledeable, friendly and patient. I got the greatest deal in town. The store, including restrooms, were clean and modern. Mechanics were great, too.

Professional people, know what they talking about, did balance on my wheels, very reasonable price.

Great store to very helpful

My Mimi got a tire change and they talked her into getting new rims. Which I couldn’t argue. However, they changed the spare to one that didn’t fit on the car. When I called to ask if they’d fix mix up they said they would charge labor, if I bought the old rim and the spare tire. Basically to put the spare tire onto… Read full review

Extremely polite employees. No strong arm sales tactics. Just honesty.

Corey provided excellent service and kept me well informed. Thanks!

Black rims knicked really good on the edges with a few small dents, and grease residue left on them. Customer service is good though.
