Daniel, Corey, and Ethen went above and beyond for me. They were TECHNICALLY closed, but I had an emergency. They took care of me without question. Unnecessarily good customer service, and made $600 for the company. Pay them more, they deserve it.

I scheduled a rotation and balance for my wife's car. The whole process was quick and easy. That's why I've used Discount Tire since 1987.

Nice folks and do good work once your in. Appointments are encouraged however are nor respected.

Pulled into the Gunbarrel Rd location to inquire about tires @11.30. Immediately saw the threads & realized I needed help. Ethan went right to work & had me back on the road in about an hour. These guys get it done.

Been here a few times, very professional very friendly quick. They also ask lots of questions if you need any questions, Answered they explained everything that’s going on several times making sure there was nothing else I needed just very professional totally would recommend this place

Corey was the sales rep at Discount Tires on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga, TN. He was fantastic and so knowledeable, friendly and patient. I got the greatest deal in town. The store, including restrooms, were clean and modern. Mechanics were great, too.

Professional people, know what they talking about, did balance on my wheels, very reasonable price.

I went in to get a new set of tires of my Chevy avalanche. They were super informative and professional. They were enthusiastic to get the job done! I told them I had a pretty tight budget. They worked with me and got me the absolute best deal they could. Job was done in 10 mins. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Quick service and very friendly staff. I had a pleasure of being assisted by Jeff who explained tire age, whether to change it or not and gave optional routes, promotions available for branded tires. Corey was very welcoming as well. I had a flat tire, they fixed it and did the tire rotation at no charge. Kudos to the team!

I came in for just tires and got talked into front windshield wipers somehow they broke the rear wiper and so they replaced it no charge. Great place to get new tires
