They were so nice and quick. The place got busy and they were still efficient handling the work load. My alignment took my less then and hour from start to finish

I took my cybertruck here to have all 4 wheels/tires replaced. I worked through email (I prefer that) with Corbin W. to get what I want ordered. The price of $3,500 was reasonable and fair. They moved the TPMS over from old tires and in doing so did some minor damage to one of my stock tires. I brought it back…

I just want to say this is the BEST place in Chattanooga to get a new tire for ANY VEHICLE. Not only did they help me get Wellllll needed rear tires but they also were very patient and informative during the transaction process. Thank you so much, Walker, Christian and Zane for you help. I will be a returning customer to the Gunbarrel location.😊.

Jefferson and Jayden replaced the tires on my Allroad and resolved some concerns. I recommend this place to anyone! Professional and went out of their way to make sure I was sorted at a reasonable price!

I’ve had so many pleasant experiences with the gunbarrel location. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Professional and kind I’ve never had a bad experience. I had a slow leak and found out my car had a cracked wheel. It was very frustrating and could have been very expensive. Corey put me and my family’s safety…

UPDATE: Discount Tire made right on the problems caused by their mistakes on my initial visit, and I will remain a customer of theirs. They replaced the damaged TPMS units and re-calibrated them properly. Everyone makes mistakes, and they were willing to take responsibility for theirs and make me a satisfied customer.
