Had an exceptional experience. They were very friendly, fast, and thorough. After arriving beronica helped talk us into some rims also. Some bumps in the process of getting new tires and rims but the manager josh made it worth it and threw in some wipers for free! It was a great experience 10/10.
My wife took her car here for get a leaking tire fixed. They told her tires were unsafe from dry cracking and that they didn't recommend leaving the store without getting new ones for $1400. Dont recommend places that try to con women who don't know any better. Luckily my wife knows not to let any shop do anything…
Got a screw in my tire. Got a new tire for 16.00 because I purchased the warranty on them. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was they don't have coffee, otherwise very satisfied.
I was visiting town and needed some trailer tires. Discount Tire had the correct size and load range in stock and were able to get me in the same day. There was enough room for the truck and trailer, and they installed the tires and torqued them to spec!

Had to wait over 10 minutes for a tire air check. There was no one else in line and 3 guys I could see in the shop. I have bought all my tires from Discount Tire in the past, but this was bad service. Checking your are tires doesn't take but a few minutes a lot less time that I had to spend waiting.

Discount tire Grand Island NE you have an awesome employee Joshua at this store! In a camper van trip from NC to west coast. We had a flat tire in middle of nowhere Nebraska right before July 4th holiday. He stayed late until we could hobble in and helped us fix up the tire and get us safely back on the road!
