Distinctive did a great job cleaning our white wool living room rug. It wasn't terribly dirty (so we thought) until it came back so fresh looking! We're glad to know someone that has the right knowledge, set up & equipment to clean our large area rugs. Thanks Alan & Audrey!

We used Distinctive Cleaning to clean one of our dinning room rugs. Our rug came out so clean! It was amazing to see the difference when we got it back. Thank you Alan and Audrey for such a great job. We cant wait to get our other rugs done soon.

Giving yet another 5 star review for Distinctive Cleaning. They just finished cleaning our wool area rugs at their facility and I can't believe how much better they look! I recommend them to all my clients and friends.

We’ve been battling pet odor in our two rugs for a couple years and losing the battle personally. Alan made quick work of it and they are like new. My wife can’t stop talking about them.

Great rug cleaning experience! They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. I recommend them to anyone I know.

We have used Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration for the carpet and rugs in our home and rugs at our lake home. Alan does a great job. If you have a difficult stain, Alan is one to call. I have recommended the company to neighbors, friends and co-workers at St Charles Borremeo School.

We recently had an area rug cleaned and were very happy with the results. Audrey was great to work with - clear communication, prompt replies. Easy drop off and pick up instructions.

My mother has an oriental rug from Pakistan. It was originally my grandmother’s rug in Germany and has a lot of sentimental value to my mother. It was important to choose the right company to perform the cleaning and repair. The end to end service model was effective and the communication was thorough and greatly… Read full review

We had our carpet cleaned and spots in it from pet and they did a great job! We also had 3 wool rugs that had been pet abused cleaned and they look like new! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. The price also reflects a in shop deep cleaning of our expensive wool rugs that had some pretty bad stains and odors from dogs.

They did an excellent job. They were professional, careful and prompt. They cleaned our carpets, area rugs, tiled floors and vinyl flooring at Wible Realty. We were amazed at how much brighter the rooms looked after the cleaning was done. Will be using them in the future and highly recommend their service.

Personable, thorough, and perfectly cleaned ceramic tile, area rug, and furniture. Highly recommend.

I took my 40 year old wool braided runners/rugs in to be cleaned. What a thrill when I got them back. They felt clean. Dirt and grime gone. The colors popped again. Worth every penny spent and it was a fraction of the price for new rug replacement. 5 stars for sure!

I would highly recommend Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration. We have used them for our business and our residence. The level of professionalism and attention to detail will keep me a repeat customer.

I highly recommend! They did a super job on a tough project!

Thank you Distinctive for keeping our office looking professional. The carpet was beginning to look noticeably dirty from walking in and out of our warehouse into our carpeted office spaces. From our previous experiences with Distinctive we knew they would do a great job, but they also made our appointment so easy… Read full review

Alan and Audrey went above and beyond our expectations. We honestly had no idea just how bad our area rug and carpet was until we saw some photo evidence. Felt so good to come home to a clean and fresh home! Thank you guys! Would highly recommend!
