Amazing service! I contacted Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration less than a week before listing our house, desperately needing help with carpet stains. Alan & Audrey were incredibly responsive, squeezed us into their schedule within two days, and went above and beyond! Not only did they tackle the problem areas, but they also inspected carpets throughout the entire house, looking for additional spots they could improve. They were able to remove one of the trouble issues: a large rust stain left behind by a filing cabinet! Their willingness to go the extra mile during such a time-sensitive situation was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Amazing I didn’t know what I was doing when I inherited a beloved white couch. I sent a text with pictures and they reassured me they could make it beautiful again. I had them at my house in a few weeks and I can’t even explain how much they have changed this couch. They hand picked out all the pet hair and got rid of all the stains and oils. I was shocked! They also cleaned my carpets, furniture, and rugs in the past and are returning to do them again this year. I was very impressed with the time that they took to deal with some pet stains and just normal wear and dirt.
"Creme de la creme" are the words that describe my thoughts about the Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration Company owned by Alan and Audrey Falls. Once again, yesterday, I had carpet and tile cleaned along with tile sealing throughout most of the entire house. Alan who performed the service always arrives with a smile, is pristine in appearance, knowledgeable, and is willing to answer any questions I might have. When he is finished he explains what has been done, and will show photos of before and after, if I'm interested.When I leave the house and know Alan is cleaning, I have total confidence in the work being done as close to perfection as possible. I especially like receiving their newsletters by email that give you tips on how to care for your carpet, tile, upholstery etc. Alan and Audrey are an enthusiastic couple, and I feel their greatest desire is to continue learning about the greatest and the latest concerning home care of carpet, tile, upholstery cleaning. by attending annual conventions regarding the same. I can say with all confidence that Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration is one of the finest companies in the Fort Wayne area!
